We had a sewer back up on a Sunday morning. Amazingly, Kevin was out within an hour and had it fixed in no time. Great service and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them and will give them my future business.

I need my water line replace from the water meter to my house. The had the best price and did what they told me they would do. JW (Justin ) was great. His helper Nathan was very helpful. When they were done you could not tell it was ever done. They had to tear up the concrete and you would never know it was torn up. Great job guys. I would recommend them.

Around 2 PM I asked my neighbor for help to unclog the drain in my shower. I missed the first call but returned it 20 minutes later. I was promised a callback by the dispatcher, but it took 40 minutes before I heard back. When I called back after that, they said again that they would be back with me.

At 6pm, I received an automated text message rescheduling my appointment for the next morning without my permission. The customer service representative assumed I no long needed the service when I called. It was clarified that I'd called back quickly and had waited for a reaction.

I was finally told that the technician would be here in 15 minute.

Khaden arrived and completely changed the situation. He was very polite and efficient. When I asked, he wore shoe cover. He quickly corrected the problem, and injected some much-needed levity into the situation.

Khaden is a great choice if you are looking for a fast, professional service. It was incredibly helpful and he made an otherwise frustrating experience much more enjoyable.

Andrew our technician was able arrive the following day in the late afternoon. He analyzed the problems thoroughly. He was honest and personable. We were given an honest estimate without being upsold, and after we agreed he completed the project quickly. We also received estimates for additional work that needed to be performed in the future, but not at that time. Team Rooter comes highly recommended. We will certainly be calling again for our plumbing needs.

Giovanni was extremely professional and resolved a problem that our plumbers could not resolve. He is very knowledgeable and knew the exact problem with our pipes. He replaced another section of pipe to ensure that we would never have a leak again. Giovanni's work is excellent and I highly recommend him.

Joe is a fantastic plumber. He came to my house and fixed all my problems with my disposal, dishwasher and air gap. Everything worked perfectly after he was finished. It was easy to make an appointment with his wife Sally, he arrived on time, knew exactly what to do and got it done quickly and at a great price. I couldn't be happier with the work he did. Several months later I had a major water leak after the a big box store dishwasher install and I couldn't use my kitchen sink. The store couldn't get anyone out for four days! I called Joe, sent him some pictures of the leak, he diagnosed it over the phone, explained what was going on and got it fixed for me within hours. What he did was way above and beyond any of my expectations and I was so grateful. So not only is Joe a great plumber, he is a wonderful human being and will always be my go-to plumber!

Mark and James are two of the best mannered people I have ever met. I didn't expect it to go so smoothly. They fixed my plumbing. They were very knowledgeable, professional and well-trained. They even taught me how to fix some things myself if I needed it. Great duel

I called this company after every sink and toilet in our building started backing up. Crystal answered and asked if we had any working drains. When I told her no and that it was urgent she made a call and called me right back to let me know she'd have someone to me in 1-2hrs. Robert showed up right at the hour mark and got to work identifying the issue. It ended up being a pretty severe blockage all the way through he line and he called in the owner Charles for reinforcement. Charles got there pretty quickly as well and they got to work fixing it. Very impressed with the level of service they provided. From the promptness, to explaining what all was going on and showing me, to the fair and clear pricing for repairs, it all went very smooth. As someone in a different construction trade I can tell you it takes a lot to provide very fair prices and a very high level of service. They've definitely earned our future business and recommendation.

Mark Ochoa is our technician. He was able to remove the clog in a matter of minutes. Mark was able fix the issue in just one hour. It had been a problem for us for DAYS. We tried everything. The work was done well, as were the cleaning and restoration of everything to its previous state.

He went to the crawlspace and double checked our plumbing, as something did not add up in the way the clog was "moving" later on.

Mark was the best. I would give him an increase and will keep this company on my radar for the next service call.

Daron Branch, the owner, was extremely friendly, honest, and professional from the beginning. He was very clear and got the problem fixed quickly. The quality of the service and the speedy response were both very impressive, especially for a weekend. Highly recommended for any plumbing need -- especially in an emergency!
