Poor service, even by phone.

I come to this home depot to leave merchandise (painting). Good place, they unload you fast. The staff very friendly.

We have used BigCity Junk Removals' services several times. Each time their team has been professional, reasonably priced, and easy to work with. I HIGHLY recommend them for any project.

I appreciate you taking the time to provide me the best price that worked for me and my budget. Then there was the delivery and pickup Representative name Claudio who was a gem. He was kind, friendly, very professional and a perfectionist. Claudio was fantastic and I highly recommend the services of Hometown Waste and Recycling Services. They were worth the money, the time and most important working with them.

Never rented a Dumpster before for anything in my life. Was recommended these guys and man, all I can say from initial phone call to pick up this was nothing but professional, easy and efficient. HIGHLY recommended if you need a Dumpster on the fly.....

Excellent experience from start to finish. Even called to say looking at Google maps, the dumpster we ordered wouldn't fit and they recommend a short version of the 20yd dumpster. Highly recommend

They have damaged the premises, left the live wire on the ground, and haven't informed the owners about it. When we called to let them know, they are not at all ready to take responsibility and they were very rude. Very Unprofessional. Didn't expect this kind of behavior toward the clients.

2nd time using Hometown! I called and the dumpster was delivered promptly. Ended up filling it within 1 day called for pick up and they squeezed me in. Only company I'll use! VERY FRIENDLY PPL FROM PHONE SERVICE TO DELIVERY DRIVERS!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I needed a dumpster to clear various yard debris, household items and construction material from a home I had just purchased. After calling numerous other services, Hometown had the most competitive pricing, best customer service and most straight forward answers to my questions. Their company and employees were pleasant to deal with and the drivers were very professional and organized. They were able to drop off my dumpster in a tight area on the day that I called and had collected it upon the time we agreed on.
