Hometown has a very simple process that makes renting a dumpster very easy. They normally give you 3 weeks, but can extend by one more week without additional charge. This is attractive as renovations usually take more than three weeks. I strongly recommend them.

Rented a dumpster to clear out our basement and some old furniture, Hometown Waste responded immediately and dropped it off in our driveway with no issue. When we filled it up earlier than expected they were able to come before the 2 week period was over and pick it up for us. Will use again in the future!

Hometown provided a great service when needed. We had a bathroom demo and the dumpster was delivered on time, with a very competitive price. The customer service was friendly and responded accurately to all my queries. The driver was polite and carefully delivered the dumpster to my driveway without causing any damage, pickup was the same..

Ill give them two stars because they do drop the dumpster the same day they say they're going to but getting them to pick it up is a huge pain. Twice now im waiting 3 or 4 days to get a pickup. Never have to deal with this for other companies so I don’t understand the excuses of calling on a friday especially considering i told them when they dropped it we would need pickup the following day. This is our third dumpster with them in a week and its happened twice. I understand no work on sundays but why are we waiting all day Monday now for you to get the dumpster. We are excavating for a foundation and this is holding our job up for days because of it twice. Ask the guy when theyre going to be here and he goes “what time is it?” Me “1” he goes “ok so between 1-5” come on bro. When are we on your docket? Its not too much to ask. Every other company I work with gives me a pickup time and drop time and sticks to it. As a home owner this wouldnt be a big deal but if you have a timeline stear clear.

The entire process was hassle free. My dumpster came on time and was picked up on time. I used them to clean out my garage and basement. The staff were very professional. I recommend their services to others who may need them.

The dumpster was put on an angel that didn’t allow me to open the door. A second driver had to come and fix the issue after a dent was left in my driveway. Since it’s hot and my driveway is on an angel, I was understanding that things happen. BUT upon pick up, the original driver that did not properly place the dumpster, kicked up asphalt on several
Parts of my driveway, causing damage especially on the top of my driveway. After several conversations, photos and days without follow up, i was met with nothing; no apology, no 10% off the next time, zero customer service. The attendant Crystal talked over me and only made excuses on why it happens. I’m selling my home and this can and will affect that process. Zero remorse, zero understanding, zero apologies. For a family owned business, I would expect that kind of care. SHAME ON YOU.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars, thanks to the whole crew at hometown from the drivers to the dispatchers . We were in a jam and these guys dropped us 3 boxes within 2 hours of our phone call. Thanks again guys!

I’ve had the opportunity to work with plenty container companies and without reservation I can comfortably say Hometown is the absolute best. From the communication to the transparency to the punctuality, there is never a dilemma. Their scheduling and customer service is exceptional and they deliver just like they say they’re going to.
