I had Servpro come to service a bad leak in my kitchen. It wound up being more than what we had originally thought. Paul Koft and his team showed up prompt snd ready. They assessed the problem and were super professional throughout the whole process. He explained what was going on every step of the way and did what was needed to be done to minimize the damage and make the cleanup effort going forward easier. They were super organized and clean. They did what was necessary and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I would recommend them 100% and could not have been happier with my service. It’s nice to know that people still respect their work and will do whatever it takes to get the job done. Thank you Paul. You guys were great.

ServePro came to handle our flooded basement immediately and were done in no time. The repair team was in and out in less than a week and had the basement better than before the flood. Juan and his team were amazing - friendly and professional. Extremely timely and great communication keeping us informed as to the plan. I hope to never need them again, but will definitely use them if needed, and would recommend them to anyone.

Marcel Viera, the project manager, did an amazing job with renovating my home after a fire nearly destroyed it. I would promote him immediately if I worked for Servpro. His professionalism, responsiveness, and care for his work made him a pleasure to work with. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because Marcel was not the assigned project manager from the start of the renovations. Before Marcel took over the project, I would have given Servpro zero stars. I was in the process of firing Servpro and hiring a new contractor to finish the work before Marcel took over. The first 10-12 months of working with Servpro were terrible. I had just been released from the hospital after suffering severe burns from the house fire. The company was very responsive in getting the contract signed, but they were completely unreliable after the initial payments were made. Dealing with the trauma of losing my home, recovering from my injuries, and dealing with Servpro being unresponsive prompted me to seek out a different contractor. It was at that time Marcel came in and completely turned the project around. He accomplished more in a month than had been finished the entire year prior. Despite having a busy schedule with many projects, Marcel made time to respond to my messages. He clearly cares about his clients, and he did a great job of keeping me updated when tasks were completed or delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. If I knew Marcel would be my project manager, I would absolutely trust Servpro with any project in the future.

Middlesex County has seen its fair share of rain in the past few months. And in my old house, there was seepage and flooding.

When the finished basement flooded I called SERVPRO of Old Bridge Cranbury. Paul and his team arrived, evaluated the damage, and we discussed the options. After I signed the contract we had a dumpster, a full crew moving furniture, ripping up paneling, throwing.damaged items away. They worked continuously. I was truly impressed with Paul.Koft. He treated this structure as if it was his own home. Thank you Paul and your staff.

The service I received was excellent. My entire home was packed out. The packers protected all of my belongings, and identified the room they came from. When everything was returned everything was in the same condition as when it was packed. My furniture was placed in the room and position I wanted. Being able to identify the room each box came from made unpacking easy. The honesty and integrity of the company eased my mind as to how my belongings would be handled. I give them five stars.

After a very long plumbing issue getting resolved I was so upset to have to have floor ripped up and dryers going due to water damage. Mike made me feel very at ease by outlining the plan and everything he said happened exactly as he said. Gabriel and his crew were so incredibly neat and respectful of my home. I had just finished cleaning following the plumbing project and with a newborn baby in the house I was so worried about the dust etc.
This crew was METICULOUS and aside from the actual floor being removed it looked like they were never even here. I have never seen anyone work so clean.

The manager, Paul Koft, was very helpful in trying to locate a family heirloom that was lost in a severely fire damaged room. His team tried to find it before removing the damage. Although it was not successful, I appreciate his team trying. It meant a lot.

Due to a leak in my upstairs bathroom, my kitchen ceiling has to be replaced. SERVPRO performed the work. The manager provided detailed information on how and when the work will be performed, and the timeline, which was 2 days. They replaced my ceiling, plastered, and painted the whole kitchen. The person (Alexa) who performed the work was very professional, organized and thorough. I was very pleased with the outcome. I will use SERVPRO again in the future. Thank you SERVPRO.

We couldn't be happier with the work that Juan and his crew did for us. Servepro did part of the repair of some water damage in our basement and we are so happy with the outcome. Juan and his foreman Alexi were great. Kept us updated throughout the process and aware of any issues that cropped up. But more importantly when issues did arise, they had different solutions that worked great! If you are thinking of using servepro for any repairs, do it!

They were professional. They were quick, efficient. Efficient did everything that they were supposed to do, and Paul handled it amazingly with his crew.

We had a sudden leak in our house and Paul was quick to help us out by drilling holes in the ceiling, sealing up the room, and running a professional dehumidifier that dried out the problem and prevented a bigger issue down the line. We are so glad we had Paul on the job. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable! He treated us like family.

At the beginning of July, my mother's air conditioning unit malfunctioned and she had a LOT of damage to her house. Ceilings and carpeting (in multiple rooms) and a closet were ruined. Her insurance company recommended SERVPRO. We are so happy that they did. I dealt with Juan G. He was professional, polite, and punctual. He kept in constant contact with me. (By the way, my mom is 98!) He completed the job promptly. We were surprised how soon the work got done. The job itself which included carpet replacement, replacement of ceilings (changed from popcorn to flat), and replacement of sliding closet doors was done perfectly. I would highly recommend SERVPRO and Juan G. if you are lucky enough to get him to work with.

To Juan and his crews that came to my house there were alot of different crews doing alot of different work.The first crew did all the remediation ripping out all the flooring that was destroyed do to a water leak they did a great job they were there on time taped off rooms to keep dust out also very neat didn't leave my house a mess set up blowers and dehumidifier for a week dried everything out a 100 percent.Then we had the flooring guys come in right after really good guys put down new sub flooring and layed brand new vinyl flooring throughout my downstairs also very neat and never left my house a mess the guys did a very nice job with the floors.Then we had interior guys that did all the painting and the trim work those guys did a great job with the trim and the painting also very neat and never left my house a mess always on time and great work .Also I had 2 brand new window put in the guys showed up on time did great work and left my house neat and not messy.Also we had one part of my house resided the guys came in ripped the old siding down put up house wrap and put the new siding up where there was a leak from wind driven rain now it is a 110 percent leak free they also came on time cleaned up the mess from ripping down the old siding and it looks great.Very happy with all the work that was done in my house 5 stars all the way with everything from Juan setting up the scheduling and getting everything done in a reasonable timing with everyone being on the same page as one another thanks again definitely would recommend
