Restoration team fantastic, very efficient and exact. Remodeling project manager Juan was excellent, very knowledgeable, very helpful, on top of the full process. Popcorn ceiling removal and painting came out beautifully.

My husband and I are very pleased with the service. Everything was explained to our satisfaction. The work they did was exceptional and the customer service was superior. Donald was very helpful, knowledgeable and the crew did an excellent job. Should I ever need this type of service again, I have no hesitation on who to call.

Project manager Marcel Viera did a great job coordinating and getting all the work done. This was a complete house remodeling which took over 9 months and he was there overseeing everything. I appreciate Mr. Marcel Vera and highly recommend him for such jobs.

From office to crew - quick response. Constant follow up and maximum efforts to solve the water damage while working under a tight deadline in unusually cold and wintery weather. Even though a water logged carpet and sections of walls in 2 rooms were cut out and removed, the crew did a meticulous job , including clean up. Hopefully, all these efforts worked to eradicate any residual issues. A special thanks and shout out to Paul Kroft who engaged in a great managerial practice called "hand holding" and followed the remediation process with care and attention. Thank you.

We cannot express our extreme joy and satisfaction with Servpro of Old Bridge/ Cranbury.We had corroded pipes under the slab in our kitchen area which resulted in our entire kitchen being gutted (this included not just our flooring, but our cabinets, countertops , and walls )by a plumbing company.This also extended to our family room and dining room flooring due to the digging under the slab to fix the issue.
We first met Marcel Viera, the project manager, when we were in complete distress about our living conditions for the few months it took for our insurance claim to be processed and approved for the restoration.The moment Marcel entered our home we felt we were in good hands, and we were 100 % correct. He understood our frustration, needs, and vision to restore our home, and he communicated that with his workers.
The workers were top notch in every area of the project ( electrical, plumbing, painting, mounting the cabinets, flooring , the making of our countertops, and much more ).They were hard working, trustworthy, professional, friendly, and cleaned up every step of the way when they were done for the day. Each detail was addressed . A special shout out to Johnny., Reuben, and Alexis who were working the most at our home .(All the workers who were part of restoring our kitchen were great.)
I do want to talk about Marcel Viera for a bit. My husband and I could not have asked for a more professional, genuine, knowledgeable, respectful, and harder working person to guide us through this project. We entrusted him with every detail and aspect of our home’s restoration. He was always available to communicate either by text or phone. The communication was reciprocated for he always kept us informed of the day’s schedule, and the steps going ahead. Not only did he communicate with us regularly he was in touch with his workers constantly and always available to their calls to him.
I cannot count the countless times he came to our home to make sure everything was going smoothly.He always made us feel important and that we were his priority. Yet, we know he had many more projects that were much bigger than ours and were worth much more financially to the company.
Marcel was patient with us. He listened, and gave his expert input in all aspects of the project. When we asked for his professional opinion he always tried to make us happy.(Marcel did not try and cut corners with the quality of the materials we were to get to benefit the company financially.)He went beyond what you would expect a contractor would be from a large company. He never rushed us or made us feel we were bothering him (which I know we were lol).
Marcel Viera and all the workers, for the time they were with us, felt like family.When the restoration was completed we felt a sense of emptiness.

We had some water damage in our home and the team handled the entire process; cleaning, drying, drywall removal and installation, as well as carpet removal and replacement. The work was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. Everything was restored professionally and the results exceeded our expectations.
