We hired Visionary to redo our front landscape and could not be happier with the finished project. We created a digital image of what we were looking for and handed it to Willam to translate into deer resistant foliage that would stay green all year and add vibrant color to our property spring, summer and fall. He exceeded our expectations and took the curb appeal of our house from 0-10!

William is a very creative landscaper and he takes pride in the work he does. He worked with us to get the presentation we wanted and made sure we felt comfortable as the project was taking shape. We highly recommend speaking with the team at Visionary about updating or completely redoing your landscape.

William at Visionary Landscapes took what I had pictured and went above and beyond anything I could have thought of. Went from a boring back fence area to a beautiful colorful garden. We will be adding by moving a Japanese maple from the front in November and redoing our front yard next spring. His staff was wonderful and these young guys work very hard to make your dream happen. They trimmed the back neighbors trees that were hanging over the fence too. Cleanup was very impressive. One of the best experiences working with a landscaper. I highly recommend this company.

**Update: has been over 4+ months with no response since I sent first email (sent 10/26) to Visionary per their request (I’ve called many times prior and continue to follow up via email), still no response or update from them.**

Visionary Landscapes does not stand by their work and frankly are impossible to get ahold of once they get paid. We paid for a Nicoblock retaining wall to extend the length of our front yard ($20k+ job). Although we requested renderings or plans upfront, we were told they weren’t necessary because it’s ’just a wall’. Needless to say, their poor planning didn’t account for a telephone pole anchor cable that was directly in line with where they placed the wall. They then switched the product at the anchor to natural stone which looks horrible and wasn’t what we agreed to. After repeatedly being told they could not angle the Nicolock block wall around the anchor, we finally accepted the natural stone look (No idea where all the extra Nicolock block we paid for disappeared to as they picked it up and didn’t provide us any discount or refund).

We had them rebuild the natural stone portion twice because they did not properly address the slope. Now less than 18 months later, the natural stone wall has given out and we cannot get a response. They also used a chipped capstone for the portion Nicolock wall that we were assured multiple times would be replaced, still haven’t heard back.

As of January 2025, the Nicoblock they ‘tied in’ to an existing section of retaining wall is now pushing, so now none of the work they did is even retaining dirt. Will need COMPLETELY redone.

Save your money and stay away from these crooks as they clearly oversell their ‘experience’, work, and warranties. Complete joke.

So far I’ve been using them for snow removal. William is very responsive and helpful. Getting on their schedule was very seamless.
Im considering moving to them for landscaping too because of what I’ve heard and William’s responsiveness.

I had been looking for a blue rose of sharon for a LONG time, and my son had surprised me with one for mother's day last year (with the help of Visionary Landscapes). Words cannot describe how much i love this tree and just how beautiful it is. I can't thank the guys at Visionary Landscapes enough! Can not describe how pleased I am with the work performed by Visionary Landscapes, so much that I’ve already booked the next project, from the promptness of start time of the job in regards to the time frame given at time of estimate, to the speed and precision of completing on time reflecting the time given at start of the job. The guidance in aftercare resulted in roots taking, and already seeing the “pops of color” we were so excited to see. The crew at Visionary Landscapes worked hard and diligently and fulfilled our dreams for the landscape of the front of the house. 11 out of 10 would recommend them and will continue to recommend them to anyone and everyone I know.

Will and Ryan from Visionary were very professional from the initial meet, explanation of work needed and walking me through the process of how to maintain a new lawn. These guys were great and there quote was way lower then others I received. A pleasure to deal with and will be calling back for future projects!
