I wanted to take the time to thank Neil and Tri Starr Electric for the amazing job they did on the electrical work for our above-ground pool. From the initial consultation thru completion, Neil was professional, courteous, and great to work with. He showed up when he said he would, worked hard, explained everything, and answered all my questions. This was a big electrical job that included running multiple underground and aboveground lines and connecting the pump and heater. When the town inspector came, he was impressed with the work and we passed the first time around (in a town known for having "difficult" inspectors). I needed a new electrician since my previous electrician died. I tried Tri-Starr and was very impressed when I phoned and they were able to come over to my house within one hour. The technician worked on my fluorescent fixtures rebuilt them all and did a very very good job and the cost was very reasonable. I don't think you could find a better electrician who cares about the service and the products.

Brad and Juan just installed a Level 2 EV charger (Chargepoint) and did a wonderful job. It was quite complicated as my electrical panel was on the opposite side of the house but they were able to get it done very efficiently. They cleaned up afterwards very thoroughly as well. Overall just very professional and communicative and would highly recommend.

Brad responded to our home for an initial estimate to rewire a circuit for 240V and replace several breakers. Immediately, I noticed that Brad had brought his own shoe covers to avoid tracking dirt into the house. He gave me a very clear overview of what work was needed and said he could complete everything right away. Not only was he able to get everything done in just about an hour, but he also noticed our panel wasn't labeled and took the time to inspect and correctly label the circuits. He also noticed and fixed a light fixture that was flickering. I could not be happier with the service, and will now be referring to Tri Starr Electric for any future repairs, upgrades, or renovations.
