Demand Electric (Gary) was one of 3 companies I contacted for an estimate to replace my foyer chandelier with a different one. Some people were not willing to do the work because of the “labor” due to the height of the ceiling which was at least 18ft high. Gary came by to check out the space and give me the estimate. He said it was an easy job to do unlike some others. Gary was friendly, professional, fair in pricing, and any time I reached out he would answer right away. He was punctual and did the job not problem, just as he said. He and his partner breezed through the work (even with the ridiculously big ladder used) and above all else were respectful to my home as to not damage the walls or space with the ladder. I would 100% recommend Gary to work with!

Highly recommend City Lights Electric. Without getting too boring with details, I had a time sensitive emergency for some under ground wire that needed to be repaired and he not only responded quickly, came to assess and was back in a day even though he had jobs lined up for this emergency repair. Gerard and his guys were so wonderful I can't thank him enough.
