Electrical reviews in Paramus, New Jersey

I bought an electrical service from them through Angies list. They never returned my numerous e-mails and phone calls to schedule the work. They gave me the run around for two weeks and wasted my time. I had to cancel the order and get a refund. Horrible customer service and professionalism. Why advertise on Angies list if you dont have time to follow through and do the work? Avoid them at all costs.

This is the second house I have used Paps electric and he continued to exceed my expectations. He is flexible, responsive, and gets the job done every time.

On this job he ran a sub-panel to an upstairs apartment, wired up a brand new kitchen and bathroom, and ran new hookups for the washer and dryer. Inspections were a breeze with Andy running the show keeping this project on track.

The next apartment renovation will be kicking off in a few months and Paps Electric (and his professional team) will be my first call.

Very professional work by Andrew. Arrived on time, and completed the work - on time and within the estimate provided. Very highly recommended

I found Paps Electric on a listing service.
They had a few positive reviews already, so I decided to give them a chance.
Andrew and Joe were really outstanding.
First, they were responsive, kept me updated and really fairly priced.

When you meet an electrician that can do all of those things well, you've found a winning combination.
I can't recommend them enough!

Paps Electric always responds. Paps installed the electrical hook up for my Generac Generator in 2019 excellent work. Paps installed my EV charging. Paps does all my electrical residential. Ron Pepson Paramus NJ

Andrew was prompt, efficient, reasonably-priced, and the work was clean and delivered as promised. I will definitely contact Paps Electric for any future needs.

Paps did a great job converting my fluorescent lights to LED and install a thermostat to my attic fan. Andrew is friendly, easy to work with and the pricing is very fair. I will definitely use Paps again in the future!

Paps Electric goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied every time. I have used them for several years now for everything from a light switch repair to the rewiring of an entire home. They always complete the job on time and on budget! Andy and his team are a pleasure to work with and their prices are very fair. Highly recommend!!!

I chose Paps Electric LLC based on a friend’s recommendation, and I’m so glad I did. Andrew and his team were professional, efficient, and did an excellent job from start to finish. Everything was handled with great care and attention to detail, and they went above and beyond my expectations. I couldn’t be happier with the service and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable electric company.

This is the second project that we've done with Paps Electric. Their team was subcontracted during 2 home projects, a new build and a home renovation. Andy and Manny did an excellent job problem solving, communicating, working diligently and in a timely, neat manner. Most of all they were kind and courteous with all their interactions. I would highly recommend them for any project and would use them again for any project in the future. Paps electric is knowledgeable and get things done right the first time.

Working with Alex was an absolute pleasure. He was professional, friendly, and very easy to work with. He communicated clearly and handled everything efficiently from start to finish. From helping me choose the correct replacement model to coordinating with the Verizon technician for setup, he took care of every detail. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Alex for any electrical work.

I needed an electrician I could count on as my long time electrician had retired. When I called I was never told that there was a service call fee.
Electrician was in my home two (2) minutes and charged me $100 and I had no electrical problem
