I researched several cleaning services near me and Zhanna's Cleaning was the one I heard about most often from other people. Their work has lived up to their reputation and we are very happy with their office cleaning service.

We have Zhanna's Cleaning do our office cleaning twice per week. They arrive at night after we are closed but we always know when they were here from the nice fresh smell in the morning. Unlike our old cleaning service that always clean under the desks.

I wasn't sure about having a maid service but several neighbors said they used Zhann's without any issues so I decided to give them a try. Their house cleaners are very professional and did such a thorough job on my home! The best decision I ever made.

Beware! The first cleaning went well. A few minor areas were missed but overall I was satisfied enough to schedule the recurring cleaning. That's when the a nightmare started. The tech abused my vacuum to the point where it had zero suction and smelled like smoke when I turned it on. There were grease streaks all over my range. There were splashes of sticky residue on my countertop. The bathroom vanities were left dusty (clearly untouched and not cleaned). The tub was not even wiped down (also untouched). Some food items were missing. Worst of all, they broke my oven door (GE Profile) to the point where it wouldn't close and I had to have it serviced. When I called Zhanna, she came to see for herself and promised she would pay for the repair. WELL! so much for that, she ghosted me and refuses to reply to me after I've footed the bill for the repair! I trusted her with my home and that resulted in the most infuriating, violating and unprofessional experience! Would never recommend such an irresponsible company to anyone!

I would 1000% recommend Zhanna’s cleaning! They are super thorough, and careful with my house, it always smells amazing after they come to our place, clean all the nooks and crannies, the bathrooms are pristine (details I don’t always have time to take care of during the week) abd the house just feels like new every time they come. The crew is always so friendly and professional, can’t recommend them enough!
