Frank ended up canceling my weekly lawn cut after 4 weeks because "he didn't have the team to keep up with weekly service". Very odd. Additionally, his crew was sloppy and cut my grass too short. Don't recommend. Frank is a nice guy but I had to follow-up via phone, text and email just to remind him for service. Lots of 5 star reviews here but they don't make sense given my experience.

Almost Perfect Landscaping is just PERFECT.
We have had other landscapers before but none came even close to being this good. Frank keeps close contact with me and is most responsive to my landscaping needs. He pointed out that one tree needed pruning and one evergreen had signs of spider mite infestation and then he resolved those problems.
So many of our guests have commented how beautiful our property looks.
Despite being head and shoulders above others, Frank’s charges are no higher than them.
Almost Perfect Landscaping is the best there is. Highly recommended.

Frank and team put together a new landscape design for the front of our house. He removed all the old stuff and planted an awesome selection of evergreen, perennial, annuals and trees and it came out great. He even managed to work thru a tropical storm! I highly recommend him. Fun guy to chat with too!!

Almost Perfect Landscaping replaced the old bushes in the front yard and did a great job integrating the new ones with 3 of my favorite old bushes. They also added seasonal flowers and plants that coordinated with each other.

Almost Perfect Landscaping may as well be referred to as "Perfect Landscaping" but the "Almost" must have been added by the owner, Frank, because he is just so humble.

From my first message to his office, all the way to the final handshake was pure pleasure and ease. I reached out to Almost Perfect Landscaping at the beginning of the summer asking for help with my lawn but got a "sorry we are fully booked". My thoughts? Weird! Who says that??? I then decided to call other companies, none of which seemed like they knew a grass blade from a weed so I decided to try and do the lawn reno myself.

..... Fast forward 3 months = Mid August:

Of course my lawn looks like ---- so I try my luck again with Almost Perfect Landscaping and I get the wonderful response "this is a perfect time to reach out to us for what you need done, we'll have someone call you"
Shortly after, I get a phone call from an energetic gentleman, Frank. He asked me what I am trying to accomplish, I give him a brief overview and he says he'll stop by within a day. Frank called me back with an understanding of my property and had recommendations ready.
I hired Frank + Almost Perfect Landscaping and was extremely impressed and pleased with the outcome. No need to hire a Landscape Architect, this guy has great plant and tree selection recommendations. Work was done while I was at work all in 1 day for an unbelievably fair price. His work is worth every penny.

Almost Perfect did a great job with cleaning up our overgrown backyard last year so we called Frank again for another project this fall. We wanted to get rid of the sloping small patch of front yard grass that was difficult to mow and annoying to maintain. Now we have a peaceful rock garden that matches the colors of our house and is minimal maintenance. It's going to look even better as the plants grow out in the future. As first time homeowners, it's a relief to have found Frank at Almost Perfect Landscaping. He's been doing this work for so long he will think about what plants to put in your yard in the middle of the night because he is just that hardcore about landscaping. He most likely will not draw up a diagram or fancy schematic for you because that's just not how his weird brain works, so you just have to trust him. Frank will not screw you over, his crew does good work, and your yard will look great!

We have been customers of Frank for over 4 years now. Besides the amazing job his team does on maintaining our lawn, we have now completed 4 different projects with him:
* Planting green giants on the side of the house
* Complete redesign of our flower beds, removal of tree and plating a new Japanese plum tree
* Backyard redesign, new flower beds, 12 new green giants, drainage work, and landscape leveling
* Yearly flower planting

Frank and his team are fantastic. They’ve now done two jobs at our home, and both experiences were great and show he stands behind his work. They redid the entire front landscaping a year ago, and the side just this late summer/fall. Unfortunately this fall, the majority of what was planted died which was odd. I alerted Frank and he came immediately to see what this issue was. Ultimately he was unable to save the plants, but quickly replaced all plants and continues to check in with me to ensure all is good - which it is. He clearly cares about his customers and his work. I’d 100% recommend Almost Perfect to anyone and will continue to use myself.

After noticing the smell in my home in Paramus, I called Faith Dryer & Air Duct Co to have my air ducts professionally cleaned. The technicians showed up on time and started inspecting each vent in my house before beginning the procedure. They explained what they would do and proceeded to do it carefully. After having the air duct cleaning completed, the air within my home felt fresher, and the movement of the air in a few rooms was stronger. The house felt more comfortable to be in.

I was worried that mold or mildew was growing in my ducts because my air had a certain damp smell to it which, considering how often the humidity is through the roof down here, isn't far-fetched. Faith Dryer & Air Duct Co did the air duct cleaning and also a thorough check for moisture intrusion. They assured me that it was just incredibly high dust buildup, but they were thorough enough. My mind is at peace and the damp smell has completely disappeared.

The air machine was taking a very long time to stop blowing. The men from Faith Dryer found out the air couldn't get through the thick gray fuzz in the vents. After the air duct cleaning, the machine turns off sooner and my dad is happy because we are saving money for my new bike!

I saw some tiny brown spots on the vent covers and it looked like the vents were crying dirty water. The men came and found out that the pipes were getting too sweaty inside. They cleaned out all the wet dirt and fixed the pipe to keep it dry.

Now the vents look clean and there are no more dirty water spots on the ceiling. I'm glad they fixed it because it was starting to look really gross. My room feels like a clean place to sleep now and it doesn't smell anymore.

I started to notice that the dryer was getting way too hot. I searched for dryer vent cleaning in Paramus online and found this company. The technician came out the same day. He found that my vent was badly blocked with lint and fuss and hair because I use it so much without any maintenance. He cleaned everything. My dryer is back to normal now! I was very happy with the service and the results.

As someone who's lived so near the big shopping area in Paramus, I never thought about the amount of outside grime and tire-rubber dust from the highway traffic that comes through up until our HVAC system.
