After noticing the smell in my home in Paramus, I called Faith Dryer & Air Duct Co to have my air ducts professionally cleaned. The technicians showed up on time and started inspecting each vent in my house before beginning the procedure. They explained what they would do and proceeded to do it carefully. After having the air duct cleaning completed, the air within my home felt fresher, and the movement of the air in a few rooms was stronger. The house felt more comfortable to be in.

I was worried that mold or mildew was growing in my ducts because my air had a certain damp smell to it which, considering how often the humidity is through the roof down here, isn't far-fetched. Faith Dryer & Air Duct Co did the air duct cleaning and also a thorough check for moisture intrusion. They assured me that it was just incredibly high dust buildup, but they were thorough enough. My mind is at peace and the damp smell has completely disappeared.

The air machine was taking a very long time to stop blowing. The men from Faith Dryer found out the air couldn't get through the thick gray fuzz in the vents. After the air duct cleaning, the machine turns off sooner and my dad is happy because we are saving money for my new bike!

I saw some tiny brown spots on the vent covers and it looked like the vents were crying dirty water. The men came and found out that the pipes were getting too sweaty inside. They cleaned out all the wet dirt and fixed the pipe to keep it dry.

Now the vents look clean and there are no more dirty water spots on the ceiling. I'm glad they fixed it because it was starting to look really gross. My room feels like a clean place to sleep now and it doesn't smell anymore.

Hot water heater blew up over night !! Found basement flooded. Called Tom and he got me the restoration team to come to my house in 2 hours . After they where done Ray and Brandon installed a new Hot Water heater the same day. Outstanding , professional work !! Highly recommended!!

Thank you Tommy's Plumbing! I originally called Tommy because my outdoor hose spigot was leaking. When the technician arrived, he was professional and worked quickly and efficiently. He ended up replacing all of the outdoor hose spigots and they are now working perfectly. Just a few weeks later, I noticed water leaking down into one of the bedrooms. It was clearly coming from the air conditioning unit in the attic. I called Tommy's Plumbing immediately and he was able to send a technician right away. It happened over the weekend and I was so surprised and thankful at Tommy's quick response. The technician arrived within an hour, fixed the problem, and we were only without AC for a very small amount of time. Thanks again!!

Do not waste your time this outfit believes your time is worth nothing. After waiting weeks for a quote and then I had to call again only to be told we don't have time for your job is not cool.

We purchased a new refrigerator and had the company that we purchased from add a water line that tied into our existing water line for the icemaker - the new valve leaked a lot. After two unsuccessful attempts to fix it, w contacted Tommy's 24/7 emergency line for assistance. They were polite, professional and prompt. After fixing the issue with a new valve, Tommy explained the issue and charged us a reasonable amount for his time and expertise. They even cleaned up the mess that the leaky valve caused. No leaks since. Tommy and Son are our plumbers of choice - thank you!
