Constraction reviews in Parlin, New Jersey

We could not be happier with M&K Contracting! We LOOOOOVE our new kitchen! Mark and his team were INCREDIBLE! Great quality work, very responsive, and professional. I wasn't an easy customer, and they made ME happy! That says something!

Mark and his team were amazing. they brought our vision for our kitchen to life. They gave great insights and ideas for different design elements and overall were a pleasure to work with!

M&K recently completed a deck project for us. The work included rebuilding support for the deck, replacing the surface with Trex, adding new new electric outlets and ceiling fans.

We are extremely pleased with the results and would use M&K again.

M & K Contracting LLC just finished resurfacing our deck today and all I can say is … outstanding. At some point in time the size was increased, adding on the existing deck. The original was covered with 2x6 lumber with the new section covered in 5/4 decking. They did a fantastic job making all the adjustments, shimming, cutting down the old rim joist etc. so, all the new decking is flat, level and secure. Great finishing work and details. They will be 1st call (maybe only call) for next project. Definitely recommend.

I have to say, I never expected our kitchen to look so great! Mark and his crew (Joe, Shimmy and Matt) did an awesome job!
They gutted the entire kitchen, cleaned up everyday, and they were done before the time line. So glad I chose them to do the work.
Great job guys!! My dad even let Matt get lunch! LOL.
Thanks

I had the pleasure of working with M&K Contracting and their team for a complete renovation of my home, and I can't express how thrilled I am with the results. From start to finish, the entire process was nothing short of amazing.
From the very beginning, Mark demonstrated a high level of professionalism and dedication. He took the time to listen to my ideas and vision for the renovation, and managed to turn those dreams into reality. The attention to detail and craftsmanship in their work truly exceeded my expectations.
The communication throughout the project was outstanding and hims team were always prompt, responsive, and kept me informed about the progress every step of the way. This made me feel at ease and confident in their abilities to deliver a top-notch renovation.

I can't thanks Mark and him team enough for their outstanding work. My home has been transformed into a place that I love, and I'm proud to show it off to friends and family. If you're looking for a contractor who is not only skilled but also a pleasure to work with, I wholeheartedly recommend M&K Contracting.

I’ve used M&K Contracting for two projects now—first for a small bedroom remodel in the summer of 2024 (re-sheet rocking and new window installation), and most recently for a full basement renovation. Both times, they exceeded my expectations.

Their crew is friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly skilled in their craft. They communicated throughout the entire process, showed up on time, and treated my home with care. The final product—both in the bedroom and especially in the basement—came out beautifully and exactly how I envisioned it.

These are my “go-to” guys for future home projects. Highly recommend!

From estimating to project quotation… to project preparation… to delivery… M & K treated our project as if it were being done in their own home. Frictionless interaction throughout the entire project. On time… polite, skilled crafts people arrived promptly, totally equipped and responsive to questions and our input. Neat… personable experts who focused on our satisfaction .the project management was superb and the communication was clear and honest Already planning our next project with Mark and his top- notch team of pros⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had an amazing experience with M&K Contracting! They remodeled my kitchen, installed brand-new flooring, and refurbished my stairs. The results were absolutely stunning. The team was professional, punctual, and extremely neat throughout the entire process.

What really stood out was their attention to detail and how respectful they were of my home. Every member of the crew was skilled, courteous, and cleaned up thoroughly each day. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of work.

I highly recommend M&K Contracting and look forward to working with them again on future projects!

Mark and his team exceeded our expectations. We did a complete remodel of our main bathroom and it came out perfect ! They were professional, courteous and completed each phase on time with no problems. I would highly recommend M&K to anyone, and we will definitely be using them again.

Mark took our horror story of a bathroom and made it a luxury bathroom. Every time you enter the room you feel like you’re on a vacation. Any blip that went on during construction was taken care of immediately. His crew was phenomenal. Every single person that worked on our bathroom was a true gem. Friendly, kind, honest, and excellent with our yappy thieving dog. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Still waiting on our shut off valves though 😂
Highly recommend. Looking forward to working with Mark and the crew again. Not only because we know our house will look better but also it was nice catching up with the crew everyday. Thanks for every thing.

Mark and his crew did an excellent job updating my bathroom .His planning and timing were great! He always kept me informed as far as what was going on! Also he charged me a very fair price . Decided to do a complete remodeling of our kitchen and use M & K Contracting. My wife and I could not be happier. From start to finish, Mark and his crew were amazing. Every aspect of the kitchen was done perfectly with precision and professionalism. I would definitely recommend M & K Contracting to anyone considering a home remodel.

We remodeled our bathroom and living room with M&K and they did an exceptional job. This included a full bathroom renovation (plumbing, tiles, shower, drywall, etc) and living room ceiling and floor. Mark the owner was always very communicative and adaptable to changes. His staff are very professional and talented. The work was near flawless and on budget. I highly recommend M&K Contracting and would definitely work with them again in the future.

We went over what we wanted to do in the bathroom with Mark He took our vision and make it beyond my wildest expectations! It’s so beautiful! His crew was wonderful ! They were friendly and very professional
We are so happy and will definitely be calling again for our next project! M&K contracting is the best!

I had a project that required due diligence and attention to detail for a mid-scale multi-unit dwelling for a REIT that I’m involved in. Tom’s expert knowledge and ability to get projects done on time are his strong suite. Time was of the essence since renters would take occupancy within one month. We had a week to spare.

Had a bathroom renovated. Reliable and showed up on time everyday. Project was done within budget and timeframe. Great work and pricing. New bathroom looks great. Will definitely use again in the future.
A+++.
