I have been using ILM for 20 years!! Steven and his team are kind, responsive, attentive, and know the ins and outs of all things landscaping!

This landscaping company is used to maintain the landscape in the plaza of my job. Although the grass looks great, they are extremely rude. They tell me and my employees not to park in our dedicated spots because they need it for their vehicles. Their lawn mower had kicked up a rock and it cracked one of my employees windshield, said we had no proof of it, and left. Then the last thing that made me mad about this company was two weeks ago a man crashed his car into a telephone pole and me and one other employee went out to help him. Me and the man who had crashed were standing on the lawn as I was asking him questions to see if he was alright while waiting for the ambulance, and one of the landscapers drove up to us on his ride on mower and told us to move. That landscaper was outside and in eye sight of the crash and didn’t care one bit about the situation. Would not recommend their services.

We began working with ILM in 2018 when we needed an irrigation system installed for a project. Steve was extremely responsive to the needs of the job. His technicians installed the system on time and in budget. We ultimately transitioned all of our irrigation customers to ILM due to their high quality work and excellent level of customer service. ILM continues to install and maintain irrigation systems for all of our customers.

ILM installed and services my in-ground sprinkler system many years ago. They turn it on and off every spring and fall without fail. Scheduling every season has been effortless and they show up when they say they will. Highly recommend.
