I didn’t use Spotless Gutter Cleaning & Repair for gutters this time but I had them clean my exterior windows and screens, and they did a phenomenal job! Jaime and Kepler were incredibly courteous, professional, and attentive to my landscaping while they worked. They even managed to clean 5 skylights that have always been problematic for me, something no one else has been able to do properly as they do get grimey since I live in the woods. The attention to detail and care they showed really stood out. I highly recommend Spotless to anyone looking for top-quality service. Ask for Jaime and Kepler if you can!

I highly recommend Spotless Gutter Cleaning and Repair. All of our gutters needed new hangers (one had detached during a recent storm and I saw others were coming loose on the other side of the house) and some of our gutter guards needed to be replaced. We were given a very reasonable estimate after we sent pictures and described the issues; they were able to come out within a couple days of reaching out. They were on time, the work was done well and we were shown pictures of the completed work. The workers were respectful of our property and went above and beyond. Jaime was great and went through everything they had done with me before leaving. Again, highly recommend, I am very happy with the service we received.

Our experience was mostly great - easy to set up the appointment, explained the process well, came quickly, and did a good job while here. Our gutters appear to be clean and the guys were respectful of our property and cleaned up after themselves. My only issue was that neither of the workers spoke any English - like none - so I wasn’t really able to interact with them to ask questions, confirm what they did, etc. So that took a bit away from the experience, but I’m happy with the work they did overall.

Had my gutters cleaned today and John’s crew was great. They were thorough with their work and cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend them.

A terrific experience! The quote came back minutes after I first requested it. I received a text when the guys were on the way.
They helped navigate a color change on the fly once they got here , which really was appreciated. They were done in no time, and cleaned everything up perfectly as well.

The guys that came out did great work! They came out early, about 9 am on the day promised and went right to work. After they left I received a call from the owner who scheduled the work the day before. He seemed confused, not even knowing his guys were here and gone. This made me get somewhat suspicious and I broke out my ladder to make sure the work was done right. It was! all debris was scooped out of my gutters, nothing left behind in my bushes or anywhere. Our downspouts froze up at the connection to our gutters at the roof and the lower connection at the driveway in early February 2026.After hanging up on two companies we were fortunate enough to call Spotless Gutters in Parsippany.They scheduled a service call and the next morning Jaime and his helper arrived at our home.Despite the frigid and icy conditions they went up the ladder,disconnected the entire downspot,removed the ice and reconnected to the gutter.Problem solved in under an hour, for the price quoted and saving us from potentially thousands of dollars in damage to our home.I would never call anyone else for any of the services they provide.It is the best experience we have had with a contractor in many years. Spotless delivers to their name. We had very clogged gutters and needed someone to do it. They came to our schedule, did the work and cleaned up the area well when done. What more can you ask for. We will be using them again.

First time using this service, and they were amazing. Would definitely recommend, and will use them again next year.

Needed gutters cleaned (2 story), and underground downspout (~80ft) cleared. Was able to easily schedule them the same week. They showed up as scheduled, notified me before they arrived, and then when the work was completed. Cleared a stubborn clog in my downspout , and now I have working drainage. They also fixed a loose soffit near the chimney.

This review started as a 5 star reviews and has gone downhill since. If I could give 0 stars I would. The owner came to my house to look at an issue I have with water overflowing where 2 gutters meet. He was very nice and suggested that the proper fix was to change the size of my gutter. I listened and had them come out and change out 3 gutters that I was told were sized too small for my roof. The men came promptly and replaced my gutter, I paid and tipped them and left a 5 star review. A day or two later I was outside in that area and found about 1000 small twisted shards of metal all over my patio and in my mulch. I requested that they clean it up and they came right away and mostly cleaned it up. Ihad to go back out with a vacuum and get the rest and will have to dig out my mulch that has metal shards in it and replace it next spring. I dropped my review 3 stars because of that. A few days later we got somehow and the original proble. I had has now been amplified. Water is pouring over the new gutter, it's coming from between the gutter and the house so I don't even think it's installed properly and there's now water poring down the outside of the downspouts. Its a huge mess and is leaving a huge puddle of thick ice where I need to walk. I paid $1500 for this and its worse than before. I called back and was scheduled for someone to come yesterday at 8am. By mid day nobody had come so I called and they told me they would be there by 4pm, nope no body showed up. I received a text in the evening saying sorry they missed my apt and they wo t be back until next week. Why not today? I guess theyre too busy collecting money for new jobs to finish fixing the mess they made at my house and this is right before were expecting 12 to 18" of snow. I know they will not be able to put a ladder up next week due to the snow. I called today and they can't do anything to help. Horrible company. They will happily come right away until you pay them. They wont come put in a timely manor to repair their work that didn’t resolve my problem

Jaime and Marcelo were great. They did a very thorough job and worked quickly. They even fixed a problem that the last contractor caused. Also, this was the first time in 20 years that the gutter contractor had a ladder that rested on the roof instead of leaning on the lower gutter and bending it. Great experience!!

Smooth experience with Spotless Gutter. We did whole-house, 6-inch replacement gutters. I had positive experiences with every member of the team I came in contact with. I’m confident they will be a huge improvement given the recent flash flooding.

I had been using spotless gutter cleaning for a while, however their services had been degraded quite a lot. There were not able to clean my gutter cleanly when they came at early Dec 2025. Originally I was told that they might need some time to schedule my appointment and they came unexpected. They seem never telling me when they would come ahead of time and just came as they see fit. Unfortunately they actually blocked my top roof gutter with that cleaning and my front door had been a disaster since then with subsequent raining and snowing. Called back and they said that they would schedule a follow up to clean the blockage, but it never got scheduled and they haven't returned my last call. Don't use this service if you have a choice. They don't really care about their customers.
