Responsive, on time and a great job! Very pleased with the fencing and gates we had installed.

Came out, gave quote and then dissapeared. Tried emailing, calling, no response. Asked around local facebook group for referrals and they came up. Apprently Im not the only one. Seems if you have a small project they may dissapear on you too if they have better things going on.

They only want to do new fences or basic fence jobs. It was a waste of time scheduling months out for quote/review to only be told you should hire a carpenter. I did not understand since they are a fence company.

I needed a new side gate and they gave me a quote and actually showed up and did the job. They showed me the different styles available. Getting someone to show up and and do a good job is hard these days.

Installed aluminum fence in the front and side and chain link along the back of my yard. They were very professional and responsive to any issues. Install was done in a couple days and then when I needed an adjustment made they were very prompt in returning to fix it

Needed a part for my fence Lock I didn't have to buy a whole new lock system the owner had a spare part from a job when they took a old fence/ gate down and it matched and worked!! For that I'll use them in the future for my fence etc !

Great work, done on time and with very little disruption of the yard. Looked like the job might run into a second day, with weather coming in, so they sent in a second crew and got it done in one day. Excellent!!

They came out to repair fence they put in years ago. Easy enough getting them to come out but then...nothing. we called 10 days later to ask if they were going to send quote or not. Was told yes and asked again for my email address. Now, 10 days later...nothing. I stayed home from work to wait for them to show up for quote. Guess they don't need the business . Go to someone who actually wants your business Chance are they will do a good kob

I needed to repair the fence gates installed about 15 years ago and then one section of the fence needed to be replaced at a later time.
It was very smooth experience from the first call to the job complete.

I chose to have Artistic Fence install our fence because Kim showed me samples, gave me a brochure , and explained the difference between products, thus helping me to make an informed decision as to materials. Carlos and Genaro installed the fence with serious intent, job well done, no mess.

I truly was happy with everything Artistic Fence did as far as installation and price.
However to get a repair done is ridiculous. My double gate is actually falling off the post because the hinges can't hold the weight of the gate. So now I am waiting for over a week to get an estimate on how much to fix it.
Not for nothing send a repair man out not a salesman. Can't use the yard for my dog or grandchildren until it is fixe3d.
Now I don't think I would recommend them to anyone.

Artistic replaced a fence they installed 22 years ago, almost to the day. Ricardo and his crew did an excellent job. Start to finish. Fence materials and construction reflect improvements since the original installation. Well done all the way around.
