Artistic fence was wonderful to work with. They extended our fence line, matching existing fence. They also repaired sections of the old fence, saving us from having to replace it. They have a good eye for detail and worked quickly and professionally. Very happy with them!

After cutting down a large dying tree in our yard, we decided to fix up our yard, which started with replacing a 30 year old chainlinked fence. I reached out in December to take advantage of the slower winter season. Artistic fence had competitive prices, and our salesman Walt meticulously oversaw the entire process. They installed our beautiful new wooden fence in January, despite the cold. The fence looks fantastic, and I highly recommend Artistic fence for their service and craftsmanship!

From the estimator who was prompt and caring to the office folks who followed up and even wanted to come earlier, they were a pleasure to deal with. The field crew of three was the most professional I have dealt with in a long time. They worked amazingly well together like a well-oiled machine that even sings! Accurate and honest work above and beyond my expectations.

Artistic fence definitely deserves a 5⭐️ review. We have dealt with this company multiple times and each and every time we have been very satisfied with their quality products and their installation.
We had two unfortunate fallen tree accidents at two different locations and asked for repair as soon as possible.
Even in these uncertain and busy times Filomena went out of her way to arrange repairs at both locations.
Chris U came out so quickly to give us an estimate and contract. We have dealt with Chris in the past and find him to be the ultimate gentleman and professional.
Both fences were repaired on the same day by such a hard working and dedicated crew..

Overall they did a great job and Kim was really helpful. My one issue is that we have a recurring problem every summer with our larger double gate getting misaligned mostly when its warm out. We were able to adjust a bit on our own but still a little klugey. But it's a good company.

Steve , the owner, was prompt for my appointment. He came to my house, we designed an unbelievable fence for my property. Installed with NO issues within 6 weeks. He is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and his work is impeccable. I will use him in the future without hesitation.

Wonderful experience. Went over all the work to be done with Armando. He repaired the 2 gates and replaced a bent pole. They replaces needed chain link and put in the privacy slats. They did a fantastic job and cleaned everything up. Their price was extremely reasonable.Would use them anytime

I was very happy with my experience with Artistic Fence. Chris provided an excellent solution to my fencing problem at a reasonable price. The installers, Eric and Carlos, were wonderful. I was overall, very happy with Artistic Fence. We have used their services in the past which is why we returned to them again when the entire fence needed replacing (the first one lasted 24 years so I think we got good use out of it!). The only reason I cannot give them 5 stars is because of the amount of stones/gravel/debris that they left in our lawn. I spent weeks picking it out and raking it up. Very unprofessional finish to an otherwise, very professional job. :-(

If I could give zero stars I would. Artistic Fence Co installed my backyard fence in the middle of March 2021. 3 weeks later my Sprinkler company came out to turn on my sprinkler and backyard lights. While turning everything on, he noticed the rain sensor and multiple lights that were strung together underground had been damaged. Since he was the same guy who turned off the system the previous fall, and since we had no other work done in our backyard other than the fence install, he knew the fence installers had mistakenly cut the wires. I emailed Kim Douglas (my contact at Artistic Fence) and she assured me twice that the repair work would be covered by Artistic Fence. She even told me there was no need to get multiple quotes for the work. I had the repairs completed on 5/3/2021 and immediately sent Artistic Fence the invoice and a copy of the check I used to have repairs completed. We are now almost 6 weeks since that time and after multiple voicemails and calls to the company I have had no follow up or resolution. It's one thing to refuse to pay for damages, but to say you will pay for repairs and then ignore the customer is even worse, and speaks volumes for the type of company this is. Artistic Fence is lacking in integrity and if you have to use them for anything I suggest you monitor everything they do and have them repair any damages the same day they occur or refuse payment.

Just wanted to thank everyone at Artistic Fence. I am very happy with the installation. The crew was experienced and hard working. The fence looks great. I also want to thank Filomena and the office staff as well as Chris. The process had some difficulties from my side and I appreciated Artistic Fence's patience concerning the timing of the project.

Wonderful people to work with and beautiful, meticulous work. Artistic Fence installed two fences for us at two different homes. Most recently, I had concerns about an opening in the fence since I have small dogs. They were so quick to come and remediate the issue to address my concern. Filomena was wonderful in scheduling the installation promptly and is very kind.

The company had to jump through a bunch of hoops for things out of their control (town and environmental regs) and they handled it very well. They were very accommodating and expedited things when the all clear was finally received. Also well priced! Great all around!

We first used Artistic Fence 25 years ago when we enclosed our property. We needed some removals and movements on two occasions and Artistic was extremely responsive and very fair on its pricing of the job. Most recently we needed to have a door removed for construction access and the team of Luis and Antonio not only arrived on time and with all necessary materials, but they were extremely friendly and efficient, providing outstanding customer service.

This was a fantastic experience from start to finish. I like to start with thanking Steve who provided a multitude of options for our fence project, spent time with me to explain the differences in fence products and provided some great ideas to improve our result and work within our budget.

Also a wonderful experience with our project manager Filomena, who kept us up-to-date on when the order of supplies would be in and when the crew would be out to install. Another fantastic experience with the installation team, who reviewed my order and the options that I chose and did a fantastic job of installing a fence an...leaving the place spotless when they were done.

Have done two different projects with Artistic Fence and found them excellent start to finish, from arranging a quote, set-up directions/town permit rules, scheduling and then completing the work both times. Fair pricing and final results are as promised. Great job by all from start to finish!
