A very long review below doesn’t cover the frustration of dealing with this business. The owner is nice and professional before coming in. After that, however, she’s entitled, rude, and worst of all, the quality of her work is horrific. Read below for details.

The raving reviews looked too good to be true. And they were. Carolina is very prompt at responding and very accommodating as far as moving clients around to fit you into her busy schedule. This is appreciated. The quality of work, however, is atrocious. We agreed on the scope of work ahead of time. Major concerns were bathrooms, kitchen appliances, floors and inside of cabinets. This was an immaculately clean house, move in ready, that just had walls painted and so it had some dust. Hardwood floors throughout, no furniture, and a very easy job. Carolina and her team took three hours to go through the house. The inside of the cabinets were not touched in any room, appliances were not touched, bathrooms were lightly wiped (one toilet had a ring under the seat that needed a bit of scrubbing, it was left untouched), and floors were mopped but there were dust bunnies everywhere (closets were not opened to even sweep the floors there). One toilet was scrubbed with something hard that it now has scratches. I couldn’t be there for the cleaning, and when my husband FaceTimed me to show how terrible things were, Carolina chimed in arguing that appliances weren’t part of the deal and dusting the cabinets wasn’t either. She started YELLING so hard that we were trying to cheat her out or agreed upon amount that my husband paid her just to get her out of the house, afraid she would ruin something on purpose. When I texted her the next day reminding her that the whole reason she was given the job was the cabinets and appliances (again, everything else besides that one toilet was pristine), I got a “very sorry” text back from her. So in summary, I paid hundreds of dollars for 3 hours of wasted time and an apology. Save yourselves time and money and dignity and choose someone else to do your cleaning.

They do an amazing job. We own multiple small businesses and we find it hard to keep up with the cleaning. We have used a few different companies but my wife always finds something wrong. My wife is the pickiest of them all and even she is happy with the work they do. Overall much better than the previous cleaning service along with great service and communication. I highly recommend their services for any residential or business.

A stress reliever!! Carolina was prompt, professional, and friendly. We asked for a move out cleaning and I cannot emphasize how helpful Carolina and her employees at Blue Star are! Thorough cleaning of our entire apartment, while answering all of my questions and concerns. Hiring Blue Star made our moving process so much smoother!!

Carolina is super sweet and great at what she does! Arrived on time and cleaned in a timely manner. Great communication skills, kind and hardworking. I moved into an apartment yesterday and didn’t realize I needed the kitchen and bathroom to be scrubbed down until the afternoon. I needed last minute cleaning. I reached out to Carolina in the early afternoon. Her response was quick. She drove over and gave me an estimate and a few hours later came back and cleaned. I was able to have a good nights sleep knowing the bathroom and kitchen were cleaned and now I can start unpacking. I could not have asked for a better experience!

We recently hired E&C Cleaning Solutions to do a deep cleaning in our newly renovated house that had layers for dust. They were absolutely expectational!! They were professional, courteous and did a magnificent job with cleaning. They deep cleaned the bathrooms, wiped the walls and counters from the dust and made the floors shine bright. I highly recommend E&C Cleaning Solutions!!
