I couldn't believe how prompt Jake is. Immediately solved my gutter problem and had it replaced within an hour. Also trimmed trees that were contributing to the problem. All at a reasonable cost.

I don’t usually rate businesses, but had to make an exception. Roy did a super job with the replacement of my rain gutters & downspouts. He checked the condition of the fascia boards & installed the new custom seamless gutters in a short time. He answered all my questions and made sure to clean up thoroughly when the job was done. Honestly earned my highest recommendation.

They helped us with a drainage issue that was connected to our gutters and then cleaned & put a gutter guard on our gutters for the entire house. I’d recommend Jake’s Gutters without hesitation. Roy is friendly and polite. He gave us a quote for seamless gutters for our garage and within just a few days was here for the installation. Communication was great, Roy and his assistant did a beautiful job and were very neat. We were able to choose a gutter color that will coordinate nicely with the color we’ll be painting the garage.
We felt a little bad not using our regular gutter people for the job, who we’ve used for routine gutter cleaning in the past, but Jake’s prices are so much more affordable. We’ll be using Jake’s for maintenance now, as well.

Your location will gleam and glisten, and as you watch them work, you will be deeply impressed by their sterling character and easy warmth. A very long review below doesn’t cover the frustration of dealing with this business. The owner is nice and professional before coming in. After that, however, she’s entitled, rude, and worst of all, the quality of her work is horrific. Read below for details.

The raving reviews looked too good to be true. And they were. Carolina is very prompt at responding and very accommodating as far as moving clients around to fit you into her busy schedule. This is appreciated. The quality of work, however, is atrocious. We agreed on the scope of work ahead of time. Major concerns were bathrooms, kitchen appliances, floors and inside of cabinets. This was an immaculately clean house, move in ready, that just had walls painted and so it had some dust. Hardwood floors throughout, no furniture, and a very easy job. Carolina and her team took three hours to go through the house. The inside of the cabinets were not touched in any room, appliances were not touched, bathrooms were lightly wiped (one toilet had a ring under the seat that needed a bit of scrubbing, it was left untouched), and floors were mopped but there were dust bunnies everywhere (closets were not opened to even sweep the floors there). One toilet was scrubbed with something hard that it now has scratches. I couldn’t be there for the cleaning, and when my husband FaceTimed me to show how terrible things were, Carolina chimed in arguing that appliances weren’t part of the deal and dusting the cabinets wasn’t either. She started YELLING so hard that we were trying to cheat her out or agreed upon amount that my husband paid her just to get her out of the house, afraid she would ruin something on purpose. When I texted her the next day reminding her that the whole reason she was given the job was the cabinets and appliances (again, everything else besides that one toilet was pristine), I got a “very sorry” text back from her. So in summary, I paid hundreds of dollars for 3 hours of wasted time and an apology. Save yourselves time and money and dignity and choose someone else to do your cleaning.

They do an amazing job. We own multiple small businesses and we find it hard to keep up with the cleaning. We have used a few different companies but my wife always finds something wrong. My wife is the pickiest of them all and even she is happy with the work they do. Overall much better than the previous cleaning service along with great service and communication. I highly recommend their services for any residential or business.
