We've had an issue with our outside condenser unit, which started making noise about a year after installation. Initially, Frank responded promptly to address the problem, but subsequent attempts to follow up were met with radio silence. Buyer beware: if you're not prepared for post-purchase maintenance, you might be on your own.

Despite this, Malek and Frank's initial installation left a lasting impression. They were professional, explaining each step of the process as they went along. We upgraded from a 2 Ton to a 2.5 Ton unit, which has exceeded our expectations in terms of performance. While their service during the sale was excellent, it seems their warranty is more of a sales tool than a genuine promise of support.

I recently had a terrible experience with Frank & Maleek's home services. They showed up at my location and charged me for what I assumed would be a routine maintenance check, despite the fact that there was a potential leak. The mini split unit worked fine for a few hours before shutting down again. When it stopped working, they sent someone back two days later and demanded I install a leak detector to address the issue - but this would involve paying for the system recharge, as well as the inspection fee itself. I strongly disagreed with their request and asked why the potential leak wasn't checked from the start. Their response was unsatisfying, with them simply stating it was okay and that they'd fix it before leaving in their van. The whole process felt like a way to extract more money from me, rather than actually addressing the issue. I would not recommend these guys - they're a scam.

These guys were spot on - exactly what I needed and delivered without fuss. They offered top-notch guidance for future maintenance and upkeep, which was a huge plus. Plus, they helped me snag a sweet deal, which is why I'm stoked to have found them - can't go wrong with this crew!
