Outstanding Tree Service Experience with Jams Tree Services, LLC!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jams Tree Services, LLC, based in Paterson, NJ, for a tree cutting service at my property in Riverdale, New Jersey—and I can confidently say this was one of the best service experiences I've ever had!

From the very beginning, the communication with Jams Tree Services was excellent. They were incredibly responsive, answering all my questions in a timely and professional manner. Scheduling the job was easy and flexible. They showed great respect for my time, arriving punctually on the scheduled day, which is a huge plus in my book. It’s not often you find contractors who are as courteous and dependable as this team.

The crew arrived fully equipped and ready to work. They assessed the trees that needed to be cut and explained their plan clearly and thoroughly. What really impressed me was their transparency and honesty about the work required and the associated costs. There were no surprise fees or unnecessary upsells—just honest advice and fair pricing. In fact, compared to other quotes I had received, their prices were very reasonable—I would even say cheap for the quality of service they provided.

The team handled everything with great care and professionalism, from setting up their equipment to ensuring the safety of the surrounding area. They were responsible and clearly experienced, working efficiently while still paying attention to every detail. They also took great care to clean up after the job was done, leaving no debris behind. I didn't have to lift a finger.

Now that the trees have been trimmed and removed, my property has been completely transformed. My house now receives significantly more sunlight, and the whole area feels brighter and more open. It has improved not only the aesthetic of my yard but also the natural light that comes into my home. It’s amazing how much of a difference this made.

Overall, I cannot recommend Jams Tree Services, LLC enough. They are a hardworking, honest, and skilled team that truly values customer satisfaction. If you're looking for a reliable and affordable tree service in the northern New Jersey area—especially in places like Paterson or Riverdale—this is the company you want to call.

Thank you again to the entire crew at Jams Tree Services, LLC. You exceeded my expectations, and I’ll definitely be reaching out again for any future tree or yard-related work!

We have had many trees removed from Clearview. Affordable and excellent work!

TERRIBLE AWFUL DOES NOT GIVE A S*** PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF FROM THIS NIGHTMARE

They came and gave me estimate for two trees. We accepted their offer, after which they did not call us for ten days, did not respond to our messages, nothing, they never came back to do the job. Very unprofessional service.

The foreman was quick to come and bid on the work. We accepted the proposal, and was told it would be about 2 weeks for the work to be done. After two months, I was told Clearview would be coming the next day. They never came, called or returned my calls or texts. A huge waste of time and energy. Don't waste your time. They are completely unreliable.

They were highly recommend it to us to take down our trees. Jesus was quick to come out and give us a quote which was very reasonable, and that’s where all the communication ended. About two weeks ago there was a storm that knocked down a lot of trees. This past Tuesday he told us he couldn’t come for the scheduled time because he was still taking down trees from the storm. We were very understanding and he said he would come on Saturday (he told us he didn’t have any Saturday openings till August, should have been a red flag there). My fiancé waited for over two hours for him to show up at the house. When my fiancé called the night before to confirm that he was coming, Jesus told us that he should be there and was just getting his chipper fixed. Jesus also said that he would give us a call at the end of the day to confirm. No call. If you want a quick quote and very reasonable, then that’s all you’re going to get from them.

Jesus was recommended to us by some friends, and he & his team came through big time! Good communication, professional, efficient, and by far the most affordable quote we received. A massive silver maple on our property became compromised during a recent storm; turns out it was also half-rotted, and ultimately very tricky to bring down. Jesus' team did a phenomenal job and we were extremely satisfied with their work. I highly recommend them.
