In the midst of Covid, I had moved to Louisiana and put my home up for sale. After getting under contract, my septic failed, and I made the decision to take on the project from out of state. I do my due diligence, and get multiple quotes for engineering and installation, ProRock being one of the installers. By far, the quote was the best. Father and son duo went on site to get accurate info. Eyes on the physical location meant there wasn’t going to be any surprise charges to remove trees that other companies didn’t bother to check. Their quote was professional and detailed. Like, 2 full pages with scope of work. Their response time for texts, calls, and emails were immediate. The execution of the project went quickly and best of all it was done correctly and safely, with all paperwork to properly back what the county and health department require. I personally took to ProRock because they are a smaller family business. April, Sam, and their son Clayton treated me like one of their own. Very great people to deal with , very responsive and always willing to work with you. They installed a new septic at my home with a very tight deadline and still got it completed on time . They then came back and did final seeding and grading which looks awesome . Would highly recommend!
We used Pro Rock Construction Services to install our new sidewalk and asphalt driveway. They were great to work with from start to finish.
