Above and Beyond is just that. They are prompt, timely, professional and fix your problem(s) at the time they come to your home and diagnose the problem. I have used them 3X to date, and will always call them for any plumbing and heating problems I may have.

Mike Z. was prompt, and straight forward. He came in and handled the repairs needed to be done, and didn't try to up sell at all. The pricing was very reasonable too. Will definitely have them back if needed!

Matt, Taylor, and all the rest of the employees literally go above and beyond. This time we had a mysterious water leak under our carpet in our concrete slab townhouse.

They sussed it out and recommended Water Leak Detection come to find the culprit. Once that was done, Matt came again and explained exactly what needed to be done. The pipe that went to nowhere needed to go outside of the townhouse to drain. Yet another of many Hovnanian construction debacles.

Their estimate was quick and reasonable and they managed to come and do the work within 2 days.
As always, we depend on About and Beyond for reliable and reasonable work done well.

I really cannot recommend Above and Beyond enough. They did an excellent job installing a new high-efficiency combi boiler and removing the old oil-fired boiler. Even with a small hiccup(manufacturing defect on newly installed water heater) they were quick to swap out the bad part.

We hired them to replace our sewage ejector lid, and Bedroom Toilet repair. They did a great job. They were very responsive and professional. We also had a leak in our basement bathroom; while it wasn’t fixed the first time (which can happen with minor leaks), they immediately addressed our concern, sent a different plumber to resolve it, and even refunded the previous charge. The issue is now completely fixed. I really appreciate their honesty and customer service, and I’ll certainly hire them again for future plumbing needs.

It is just an amazing team! Our hot water heater broke on the biggest snow day. I called at 7 PM, and they dispatched a team the following morning before 9 AM. They removed the old heater, purchased a new one, and installed it all by 12 PM. We are grateful for your help - Above and Beyond Plumbing!!!!!

We had multiple pipes burst and lost heat during the Feb 2026 freeze. I contacted my oil company that I have a service contract with for heating- they told me they couldn't help. I contacted the plumber that I recently paid $14k to install a water heater- they told me they wouldn't come help with frozen/burst pipes. I contacted 3 other plumbing/heating companies who told me I would have to wait a week+ for anyone to come out.

Then I found the contact info for Above and Beyond. They were at my house in about two hours. Around every turn, the found more burst pipes and problems. They spent two days at my house fixing everything. They even called me the morning of the second day to check-in and make sure I knew someone was coming back out to finish the job.

And the icing on the cake- it was affordable. I was expecting a bill 3-4x what they sent me.

I can't sing their praises enough. I'm cancelling my oil company service contract and won't be having the other plumber back in my house. These guys are legit.
