The tech called ahead, was very pleasant, wore booties in the home, answered all of my questions, and went out of his way to go out and get my replacement part in the the shade I wanted because he didn't have it on his truck. Resolved all my issues in a timely manner. Would highly recommend the tech we had and will request him going forward. Thank you soo much!

Michael did a great job. He was extremely professional, courteous, and neat. While on scene he fixed my problem and identified a couple of future issues that he was able to fix also. I will definitely call Above and Beyond again for any plumbing issues.

Our laundry room needed an upgrade to recessed washer taps and discharge outlet as well as re-plumb for a wall hung utility sink. Mike did a great job; neat and professional, and for a reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

Working with Above and Beyond was a pleasure. From the first call, they were incredibly transparent, laying out the potential costs for a diagnosis of the issue and possible additional costs that would arise. I then received a prompt email afterwards detailing what was discussed over the phone. On the day of the appointment, Troy came out and took the time to diagnose the issue before jumping in. He did not attempt to upcharge and took the time to clearly explain what he was seeing. I plan to work with them again for my needs in the future.

Today David and Brian from Above & Beyond installed our water softener and filter system — and they truly lived up to the company name. They arrived on time, carefully laid protective runners throughout the workspace to keep everything spotless, completed the job quickly and flawlessly, and took the time to explain every detail with patience and professionalism. I had been in contact with owner Matt who was scheduled to repair old gate valves in my basement. For weeks I had been dealing with water backing into my basement and thought it was through the concrete floor and walls from pressure from rising water table in area. Then on April 8th I saw that the sump pump was pushing water back instead of discharging it properly. I called Justin around noon and he sent Brian to help within a few hours. Brian found that the pump had disconnected from the discharge pipe and connected them. The sump pump and undersized discharge pipe, inside and outside, needed replacement. Brian returned next morning, installed new pump with all PVC couplings and discharge pipes and problem solved. Above and Beyond, Brian, Matt and Justin were extremely professional, efficient and Brian’s workmanship superior. The basement is completely dry. I would recommend Above and Beyond Plumbing and Heating as master plumbers for your home needs.

Above and Beyond owner Matt with plumber Michael were here yesterday to replace old and corroded gate valves at water meter location. Matt coordinated with town water utility to shut off outside main and all new 1/4 turn full port valves. The job was meticulously completed and looks like a work of art. As my water pressure was too high I requested that a water expansion tank be installed with the hot water heater and a pressure reducing valve added above the water meter line. Great job, with piece of mind that I am safe for next generation or two. See photos attached. Above and Beyond Plumbing is the best choice you could make for all your plumbing repairs. Considering how great the services had been from Above and Beyond Plumbing & Heating from my recent 2025 experiences (sump pump replacement stopping water backing into basement, replaced all corroded and leaking old handle water valves with 1/4 turn valve handles/water pressure reducer valve, and added a water tank extension to hot water heater) I decided to be proactive and replace the 60 year old cast iron discharge pipes with PVC connections. Master Plumber/Owner Matt Dealaman provided e-mail estimate which I approved. He scheduled he and Mike to do the job on May 20th, sending me a confirmation e-mail a few days prior. In under two hours all the old pipes were replaced expertly with no mess at all-total workspace cleaned up. Before leaving my home Matt provided the electronic invoice and its paid receipt. Matt's p[umbing expertise, knowledge, communication and Customer User friendliness meets and exceeds the highest standards of excellence. I highly recommend Above and Beyond Plumbing & Heating. I had a problem in one of my bathrooms the toilet would run sporadically. Above and Beyond came out to repair it. A day or so later it started doing the same thing. They came back and checked it and made an adjustment. Once again it started to do the same thing shortly after they left. They returned later in the day and replaced all the parts again. This time they nailed it. They did whatever they needed to do and did a fabulous job. Thank you one and all at Above and Beyond. I am always happy to recommend you. They are reliable, cordial, and neat, and never disappoint.

The guys at Above and Beyond are AMAZING!! I called with an emergency and they went out of their way to send somebody the same day even though we are in the busy cold and holiday season. I had a total of 3 jobs done mostly in my bathrooms. First time i use this company i really dont have no problem so far. Then one of my bathrooms drip and now its fixed so far. Then I had a faucet replace in one of my bathrooms and so far its good. so for the most part job is done well i guess. so i would recommend them.

Above and Beyond did a great job fixing my home heating system, They were very responsive and communicated well prior to their visit. The technician Mike Z was very competent and thorough, explained everything clearly, and answered my questions. I was very satisfied with the quality of work and the professionalism with which it was carried out. Several months ago I had a different plumbing company try to fix my heating problem, but it seemed to only get worse. Above and Beyond was able to fix the problem and now everything works great again. I'm very happy I called them and it's really good to have peace of mind, especially with the upcoming cold spell.

I can't say enough about Matt and his team. I had a water heater develop a severe leak. Matt explained how to valve it off to stop the leak. An appointment was made for the next day. Mike arrived at the scheduled time and introduced himself. His politeness and professionalism made me very comfortable having him do the job. He installed the water heater in a timely manner and left the work area spotless.

Called on Thursday spoke with Justin who was very polite, was able to get me an appointment on Monday. When Mike showed up he shook my hand when he introduced himself. I was so impressed with his knowledge and manners. He took time to answer all of my questions and show me how to work the furnace. They definitely have the perfect name, they went Above and beyond to help me out. I have a lot of work that needs to be done, it’s an old house, and now I know who will be getting all my future jobs. A pipe underneath our kitchen sink broke. I called Above and Beyond Plumbing and they responded very well. They were able to send a plumber within a few hours. Mike and Dave came and assessed the situation. Mike clearly told what he would be doing. Half an hour later everything was fixed, and well tested. Pricing was reasonable and the work comes with a 2 year warranty. I was very satisfied and will definitely call Above and Beyond Plumbing for any next plumbing work. Highly recommended 👍
