HVAC went down unexpectedly late Friday afternoon. Worthing Air had Lauren out 8 AM on Saturday, and we were up and running in no time. Lauren was knowledgeable and professional, and quickly diagnosed and corrected the issue. Thank you!

Lauren is a great example of who a technical representative of a company should be. She not only diagnosed my A/C problem quickly, but answered all my many questions in easy to understand terms. Lauren is a true asset representing Worthing Air both from her technical ability and personality.

They help create a schedule which accomodates our mechanical needs and budget and then follow up when service is due so we don't even have to think about it! We had our A/C unit die the first time we put it on last summer. I called Worthing Air and was put on their schedule right away as there were super hot days ahead. They went above and beyond by providing us with portable units until the new A/C units were installed. The installers were very knowledgeable in explaining everything and how to best maintain the new units. I highly recommend their services.
