In my opinion, I thought my house was already clean'ish and that I could do the job myself but because of an recent injury I decided to hire someone. Speaking with Mary was a pleasure and by some stroke of luck, she wasn't far away and came by to do the estimate same day. After a walk thru and some discussion, she said she'd be back at 3pm with her employee, they arrived at 3:04pm. I love when contractors do what they say they'll do. I left and when I returned a few hours later, it was like the scene from the movies where everything is all sparkly and squeaky clean. I was so amazed, pleased, and thankful at the job they did I immediately called a friend whom I knew was moving to recommend them. Thank you Mary and Diana. 😘❤️

Fanny and team cleaned my home a few weeks back and really took a load of stress of my husband and I. I have a nice size home with 5 bedrooms and 3 and half baths. Fanny responded to my call and came to give me an estimate the very same day. I was able to be added to her busy schedule for the next day. With only a day's notice in booking, they were a few minutes early and swept through the house like a small army, cleaning efficiently! They dusted corners and wiped windows...mopping as they left each room. It was a huge help to us at an affordable costs during a time where our schedules were crazy, we were preparing to travel and we needed a break from cleaning. Because I have a dog who sheds a bunch I'm picky about cleaning and normally like to do it myself but I was not disappointed. In each room they moved every item and wiped well. I like how they slightly changed the arrangement of pillows and some plants, giving the place a slightly different look. Some things I changed back, lol, but they surely did not miss a spot! They were in and out within 2 hours and I was very pleased. Hire them! I will be calling again soon!

I’ve been waiting a while to post this as my neighbor was getting a quote after I did. Not sure if this is a unique experience or what but here it goes…
I inquired about a quote for a deep clean + bi weekly regular cleans based on the fantastic reviews.

After I had to call and email a few times, Fanny told me SHE would be by to give me a quote at a date and time. Fanny sent someone else, who proceeded to do the walk through with me, ask what questions she could, and then told me we needed to wait for Fanny to FaceTime her to show her the house as well…ok. Fine. Walk thru #2.

We start going around again, Fanny and associate switching between Spanish and English in conversation (this is where I URGE EVERYONE to NEVER assume someone does not speak another language). For context - 1100 sq ft house, however only 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room & kitchen are asked to be cleaned due to private workspaces & such. One floor, open concept. The FaceTime walk thru is completed & I hear Fanny ask her associate in Spanish if I am American & white, to which I am. I’m tempted at this point to speak Spanish, but I also wanted to see where this went. Fanny tells her the price, which blew my mind before she even got to relay it in English. Honestly my decision was made once she asked my race.

Fast forward a month, my neighbor tells me she’s waiting for a quote from Fanny. Same house, same layout, however a finished attic included in requested cleaning.

My neighbors quote was $175 less than mine was. The only notable difference is Spanish is my neighbors first language. Same process for the quote.

This was MY experience, I reached out to Fanny due to all the positive reviews, but if this is how business is conducted, no bueno. I got a quote for half the price on a deep clean + biweekly cleans from another local company with similarly positive reviews.

Fanny is the very best! I have hired other cleaning services in the past but no one compare's to Fanny. She is responsive, professional, and takes great pride in what she does. The quality of cleaning is very thorough. One of my co workers recommended her and I am so glad she did because now I can return the favor and I recommend her to all my friends! :) She will travel to most places and offers great rates.
