After 3 years of using Fanny's Cleaning services, we chose to leave due to poor customer service and scheduling issues.

Pros:
-Her cleaning service does a pretty thorough job of cleaning the home which is most important

Cons:
-There is constant turnover, so there will be new faces almost every month
-The first two years of service Fanny would actually come out to the property and oversee the cleaning. At some point she tried to upsell us by increasing the frequency of the cleanings. When we declined as we were satisfied with how things were going that is when the troubles started
-After this incident we never saw Fanny again, just her cleaners which is not a big deal. However, scheduling became an issue God forbid we went on vacation or were away and had to cancel. It was a fight EVERY time to try and reschedule the date.
-She primarily communicates through texts and for the last year when we messaged her to schedule a cleaning for the month, she would not respond for a minimum of 24 hours. However, she would send a text the day before telling us she is coming tomorrow and expect a response ASAP. The final straw was when we messaged and called her for a cleaning and did not receive a response for 3 days.

This has been my experience after working with her for 3 years. After the first two years, it seemed readily apparent she did not want to continue working with us. I do not hold any anger and wish her and her company well. But, as a potential customer you should hear the pros and cons about her cleaning service.

Very happy with their deep cleaning service. They were detailed and efficient. Multiple people were there to work through the house. Would highly recommend and will be using again!

Fanny's crew did and excellent deep clean for my move in. They were friendly and diligent in their work. I thought the oven grates were beyond saving but somehow they look brand new! Trust me when I say it was magic!

Fanny's team came to my rescue and thoroughly cleaned my house literally from top to bottom. They arrived on time and got straight to work. They did such an amazing job! They were extremely thorough. They moved furniture to vaccumm, removed and replaced items in order to dust everything, cleaned the oven and refrigerator, washed and waxed hardwood floors, cleaned the basement walls and vacuumed the floors. They did all this and more. Fanny and her team are extremely hard workers, pleasant to work with and I'll definitely be having them back.

Fanny and her team deep cleaned our home yesterday and they did a fantastic job. They came on time and worked really hard for almost 8 hours. Our wood floors had taken a beating this winter with all the salt and now they look great. Every room was thoroughly dusted and the refrigerator and oven are spotless inside and out. I was recommended by a few people to use Fanny’s cleaning services and I do NOT regret it! Fanny showed up to my house a few days ago for a quote on a deep cleaning. We went over everything, she made sure we covered everything I wanted to do. A few days later I got the pleasure of having Fanny and her team come do the deep cleaning. I have OCD and can be extremely particular about things but I sat back and let them do their work. After almost 4 hours the crew was finishing up and there was nothing forgotten. They scrubbed everything from top to bottom, the appliances in the kitchen look brand new again. Just walking in from outside it smells so good and the floors are shining like mirrors. Fanny was soooooo kind and you can just tell she has a big heart and enjoys bringing happiness to people!
