Tjs appliance repair is amazing! I called they had someone come a couple of hours later to check my dryer and he was able to fix it right away, very nice and pleasant interaction. Will definitely use their services again

We recently used TJs Repair in Plainfield, NJ to repair our Viking stove. Sean, was great to work with. Knowledgeable, Professional, Friendly and on-time. He was able to diagnose the issue, explain it in a way I understood the problem and quickly come with a solution. Also, there were no surprises with pricing, everything was up front and straight forward. We will use TJs again for future repairs.

Our oven stopped working one evening and TJ’s answered my call and came out the next morning. They diagnosed and replaced the part of the oven that needed to be replaced. Sean was kind , professional and efficient . Highly recommend.

Day before Thanksgiving oven wouldn’t heat up. Came super fast to my home and had the part to fix it. Repairman was very knowledgeable and friendly. A little pricey but it needed to be done and was right before the holiday at 2:30 pm.

TJ’s appliance repair was very helpful when the ice maker in our fridge died a couple of days before Thanksgiving. Sean arrived within hours, diagnosed the problem and came back with the parts the following morning. We were back up and running fast before our 25 guests arrived for Thanksgiving dinner. TJ’s is one of the only repair companies in our area that fixes Samsung appliances. We were lucky to have found them and recommend them highly.

Answered the phone and answered every question I had with troubleshooting my dishwasher on my own. Helped me identify the exact parts I needed to buy to do it myself. Tom was exceptionally helpful as a resource just on the phone. If I ever have an issue in the future where I need someone to come take a look he will absolutely be the first person I call.

These guys were great. I got a call back from my voicemail within a half hour with an appointment for the next day. They were in and out within an hour and fixed my squealing dryer up with parts. Very friendly, prompt and courteous. He was even willing to describe how he took the dryer apart and showed me the damaged piece. I'll definitely be using them again.
