We called Jorge for our ungrounded outlet in our townhouse. He responded quickly to our issue since we had a urgent issue. He was on time and fixed the issue promptly and was professional and really great to work with. I recommend him for any electrical work you need and will be using him in future if need be.

Jorge was amiable and practical. I was impressed that he initially assessed and recommended a fix that I could perform on my own; at no benefit to his business. He even went shopping for parts at no extra cost to me. He was clean and efficient with his time. Recommendable.

He arrived when he said he would be at my home, did the work efficiently, and provided me with the invoice for the services completed. He explained what he had done and showed me the work. Pinnacle Electric was extremely responsive to the electrical panel repairs that I needed. The electrician contacted me the day before and he showed up on time. Hired this company to go look at single outlet not working in NORTH PLAINFIELD. They took my $149.00 upfront and never did the service call. Everytime I called got a different arrival time ect. This went on for 2 days. Still no service. Your call will goto call center and they will in fact block your number it seems. Very VERY shady buisness!!!

The absolute worst supply house I've entered in NJ, awful service, guy at the counter kept saying he didn't know and that another worker did, that worker did not help, just watched silently, along with the manager, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, wasted a half hour trying to get a metal outlet box and cover.........

They are not helpful, looking for metal trim recessed lighting and they are too lazy to look up in their system, unless it is the norm classic white they don’t want to be bother especially the Rick fellow
