I was quoted nearly 3 times more than what Neal quoted us from another company . Neal was upfront , transparent, and honest ; pricing was great.
Our electrician Christopher was great . He was prompt, explained everything he was doing , and made sure everything was working multiple times .
All around a great honest company. Hard to find these days. They have a new reoccurring customer .

Jorge completed the installation of an EV charger. He showed up on time and was very professional all throughout. Simple to schedule and to pay. Very clean installation. Will be using them for future projects.

Tree branch fell on power lines and ripped them down from my house. PSE&G said power could not be restored until I had an electrician fix the damage. Neal responded within hours and fixed the issue and got my power back the same day. His team were excellent and professional. Without them I would have been without power for who knows how long. I cannot recommend this company enough.

JCPL informed meter area requires work to continue power service. Great work by Tri Starr taking care of all aspects of work including inspection by township. Minimal power outage.

They were great. I can not recommend them enough. I had a problem with my electrical service I called them Friday at 4:30. They came at 6:00 on their way home and stayed till 9:00 getting things safe came back Monday and fixed everything. The cost, the schedule and work was all exactly as promised. Don’t waste your time
with other people use these guys.

Techs were very efficient, professional and courteous. I was particularly impressed they completed the job with no complaints about the coldest day of the year. I think Neil should give them a bonus!

Great experience with Tri Starr Electric. They fit us in same day that we called. Technician Jorge observed the issues we were having and within 1/2 hour was able to identify problem and remedy. Recommended and reasonably priced!

Estimate was provided for 240V outlet with lines run to circuit box and 2 breakers. Includes permit and all. Pricing was fair and Neil was even able to accommodate having the work done the same day. I of course agreed since why take more days off work if not needed.

Chris, TJ, and Michelle dropped by. They got the work done real quick, cleaned up, and did quick check with their gear to ensure outlet was up and running.

Will go to them for any future work. Just waiting on the permit at this time.

Very happy I chose Tri- Starr Electrical LLC to install recessed lighting with a new switch that includes dimmer in my family room. I was able to have an estimate with Neil within a day and installation by Chris & T.J. the day after !! It was a pleasure dealing with Neil who was very knowledgeable & gave us a good price for the job. Chris & T.J. did a great job of the installation and finished within the time advised and left the room spotless ! I would definitely recommend this company and will be using them again in the future!!

We had a great experience with Tri Starr Electric LLC fixing a breaker near our dishwasher at our restaurant. The owner, Neil, was very patient and took the time to explain everything clearly. The crew was professional, efficient, and worked well together. Jorge was especially knowledgeable and helpful. Fair pricing and excellent service—highly recommend for commercial electrical work!

Non-responsive. We got glimpses of it while picking everything out for our home renovation, but our builder worked with/recommended them, so we pushed forward. We ended up spending $17,000 here for our renovation. Every interaction, they've been extremely slow to respond. There's now a crack in our soaking tub that we purchased from them. I called them in January and was told to email them photos. Four emails and two months later, I STILL haven't heard back from them.

They fail to tell you if items are back ordered with no delivery date. 5 weeks and still waiting in order to use our shower. Terrible follow up and customer service

My mother and children walked in here one afternoon and not one person greeted us, nor offered to help us after walking around the store for about 15 mins. Clearly these people have a problem with the color of our skin
