I purchased a brand new Frigidaire range that would not turn on. My service guy was Angelo and he was wonderful and was able to fix the problem. Shortly after he left, the burners would not go on again. Angelo came back a second time to check the range again. Turns out that the burners will not turn on unless it detects a pan on the oven. But the fact he came back a 2nd time was much appreciated. Angelo was a huge help and was very nice as well.

A&D Appliance was dispatched by Frigidaire to check out our refrigerator, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service. We were able to secure a next-day appointment, which was a pleasant surprise. Their field technician, Nathan, arrived promptly and was both professional and highly informative. He took the time to explain the issue thoroughly and arranged a follow-up visit to ensure everything would be addressed properly.

Customer service rep over the phone was amazing. She was attentive and resolved the issue I was having Frigidaire. She was able to get me an appointment with in 24 hours. The service Tech that came to our home was also fantastic.

A&D did a good job taking care of our new fridge that had a few issues. Adam (technician) was great. Extremely thorough, he explained the issues as he was working and was on time each time he came out for a visit. Very professional, would recommend for sure.

My Service Technician Jay ended up being excellent and resolved ALL ISSUES Hisense either confused or miscommunicated! He came in took over the situation made sense of everything and provided a world class service experience and resolution!

Terrible communication, constant lies and excuses about delays. After 3 weeks of them giving us the run around Frigidaire fired them and sent another company to handle our warranty claim.
