Extremely disappointed....in this day and age of people in business, this company must have so much business they can't be honest and say they don't want or need the work; so when they say they will stop by in the morning and don't, or they will be there tomorrow afternoon and don't. for a simple quote, I'd RUN to find other companies to give my business to. His word means NOTHING. I should have read these reviews BEFORE I called

The tree crew blew all of the woods chips from the job next-door on to my property. I called and the owner promised a "small" crew would come out to rake up the mess. They never showed up. I wouldn't hire this company to pull my weeds.

Beware. Very unreliable service. Promised to come to remove a couple of stumps but never showed up. Then after calling them, they again promised they would be right over. They never called up to reschedule or explain why we had to wait all day for them to do the work and never came. Don't hold your breath with these guys. Either do it your self or hire a more reliable service.

They did an excellent job on our property... We have a lots of wooded area - and they successfully removed the dead trees while being able to trim and preserve our other trees. Very pleased with the service and price.

I called this guy to remove two trees. He said he would be over in two hours. He came the next afternoon. Gave me a price and said ok, he said he would be over the next day to remove the trees. I asked what time. He said noon. The next day he did not arrive. I called and asked if he was going to remove the trees. He said he was caught up on a job and was going to call me. He said he would be over the next day. Called three times with promises with another date. I called another company and the other company was much better (although anything would be better).

They took down several of my neighbors trees... in the process rolled over my property and made massive tire ditches in the grass… Not sure yet if they snapped any sprinkler heads will know in the spring… They never cleaned up all the twigs & small branches that dropped from the trees they took down. They branches and wood chips in the street. They are messy and they leave destruction in their path… I saw one of the workers rake up branches and hide them under a pine tree's low branches rather than bringing them to the curb. Our neighbors & we have used many tree services over the years... steer clear of these guys.
My guess is they were cheaper than all the others but cleanup and correction of what they destroyed is going to make them far more expensive!

Chris is honest and fairly priced. He'll go over the job with you and make sure your job is done right. He's done three jobs for us over the span of over decade, and he has treated us right every time. Before you give your money to someone else, give Chris a call and give him a chance!

May 2019 Red Bank NJ. The Avery Tree Experts trimmed my large river birch. It is a 3 trunked tree with lots of branches big and small. When finished, the tree looked lifted and more controlled. My husband and I are more hopeful that we can keep the tree by trimming regularly.
Avery was efficient and cleaned up thoroughly.
