David came to the rescue when my dog decided to feast on some spirula powder (ie, green powder that expands when wet and doesn't come out with conventional cleaners) in the middle of the night. He picked up my oriental rug and returned it a few days later looking brand new. His staff is professional. He texted with drop off times and accomodated a change of schedule. The cost was reasonable and I was very happy with his service. I highly recommend for all your rug cleaning needs.

David was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. We recently had some repair work done to a few of our older rugs and his team's work was meticulous. The rugs were returned to us in beautiful condition. His delivery crew replaced each carpet to it's previous location with care and attention to detail. DELIGHTED! The customer service and results of David's Rug Cleaning on our 7 rugs (3 Oriental) absolutely exceeded our expectations! My wife and I agree that this was the BEST experience we have had with any business that we have used in literally the last 30 years! Let me explain...
First of all, David comes personally when the rugs are picked up and delivered to ensure quality control and customer satisfaction! When does an owner do that? Secondly, he promised us our rugs in 3 weeks and he delivered them to us on a Saturday afternoon exactly 3 weeks from the day he promised them! Thirdly, the cleaning and re-fringing were absolutely beyond our wildest dreams.
Let me tell you about the Oriental rugs:
The first one was inherited from a relative and we estimate it to be 60-70 years old. To our knowledge, it had never been professionally cleaned.
David's knowledge of his business is extraordinary and he was able to identify it as coming from India. The cleaning job on this rug was phenomenal. It looks like a new rug. Instead of hiding it under our king size bed, it now sits proudly in our family room where several guests have commented on it. The second rug was a silk rug we had purchased at an auction 15 years ago. It needed to be re-fringed and had never been cleaned. The cleaning of this rug was beyond great, and the new fringe that David's workers hand sewed on looks fabulous! Finally, the third rug was also 15 years old and had never been cleaned. It had an old stain from Christmas tree water that had overflowed. David was able to remove the stain and the cleaning job made it look new again.
I am sorry to drone on in this review but as a former National Sales Manager for three large Corporations, I used to emphasize excellent customer service. My gold standard with my people for customer service was to delight your customer! David not only delighted us with his customer service and his cleaning of the rugs, but he also delighted us with his follow up. The furniture moving by his pick up and delivery men was exceptional, and David's knowledge of his trade is unsurpassed!
I strongly recommend his business and look forward to seeing him in a year for an annual cleaning.

I've used David's Rug cleaning for a cleaning consultation and for purchasing rug pads. Regarding the cleaning he was honest about the challenges of cleaning my particular rug, which already had significant bleeding.
I have now purchased 3 rug pads. He is always on time and lets me know when he is on the way. They move furniture, place the pad, cut it to exact size, and replace furniture. He and his assistants are pleasant and professional.

David was very knowledgeable about the types of rugs I wanted cleaned. He explained the process clearly and reassured me that my rugs would be handled professionally. I am very happy with the results. After cleaning them David and his assistant went out of their way to install the cleaned rugs just where I wanted them. This is a business you can trust with your quality rugs.

I found David's Rug Cleaning online and was not sure of the quality of the service since I had not recommendation. I was pleasantly surprised. Very professional service and my rug looks like new! He did a wonderful job and I would use David again for future jobs. Highly recommended.

This really should be a ten star review. From first phone call , pick up , to return of rugs the process was seamless and carried out with the most upmost professionalism. They were extraordinarily prompt at picking up, even letting you know how far away they were going to be from a text message. The same for returning the rugs .
When the rugs were rolled up, they were done so with care and respect for your home. We even received a video Showing us the rugs before they were returned home.
What really makes David ‘s Rugs such an extraordinary company is the fact that they kept the rugs for another deep cleaning because they felt that they could get more stains out ( no extra charge) . It is rare to see such pride in one’s profession. We did have two extraordinarily large rugs that were made out wool. The rugs were older and have seen the wear and care of children, Grandchildren and numerous dogs. We were more than pleased on how the rugs came back to life!!! The cleaning far exceeded our expectations. David truly knows his craft! We could not recommend this company enough. David rug company is a professional craftsman of handling rugs and cleaning rugs …all of this and fair pricing as well.

We contacted David's Rug Cleaning on a referral from a family member who highly recommended his service. I called and spoke directly with David. He was very patient with me and my concerns about Oriental rug cleaning services and answered all my questions and doubts. David cleaned two of my rugs brought carpet pads cutting them at our home ensuring we had exactly what we needed. His team were fantastic and precise. They moved some of our furniture to roll up our rugs, labeled, tied and took them immediately. He is extremely knowledgeable about carpets and can identify the yarns and who/how they were made. He even offered to advise me on any stain issues we may have in the future. Within a week our carpets were returned. There was a problem with one that was numbered with a marker by the original sellers and not uncommon but when it was cleaned had bled upwards and into the top of the carpet yarns. David immediately rolled up the carpet, brought it to his facility and cleaned the marker issue. Returned the carpet the following week and it's no longer an issue.
He did not charge us any additional costs and didn't need to do that because it was not his fault for the marker but did a great job and it looks great. I would highly recommend David's Rug Cleaning and will call them again for the next time we need them cleaned. You won't be disappointed with his services.
