They came within a few days to give us an estimate and were able to complete the repair shortly afterwards, with their usual competence and professionalism! Highly recommend!

Just had my new roof completely by Homestead Roofing.
This is the 3rd job they have done for me in 2.5 years. I first had them change out our skylight. Then 1.5 years ago my Mom needed her sky light changed at her house and we used them.

Last week they completed our new roof. It looks beautiful. The whole process was very smooth from beginning to end. William was there or in contact every step of the way. The company is very professional and honorable. The owner, Jeff, stopped by to review the work as well. They guys were very clean, covering the bushes and picking up every piece of scrap. We actually had 2 roofs, as the prior owners put the roof over the original. You could imagine the debris. Everything was cleaned up. It was a great experience. I would highly recommend using them. You will not be disappointed.

The team at Homestead did a fantastic job diagnosing and repairing our nearly 100 yr old slate roof. Wm Bell was always responsive and flexible scheduling around a stretch of erratic weather. Work was neat and thorough. Very few companies even respond when they hear slate. Thankfully, Homestead has the opposite approach!

Owner Jeff Willner was great to work with. He was true to his word, responsive and on-site to check work. His crew did excellent work start to finish. I highly recommend Homestead and felt they were a better value than the five other roofing companies I interviewed for the job.

Homestead Roofing Company did an excellent job on our roof replacement in Ridgewood! Our primary contact, William, was such an honest pleasure to with as he handled the inspection, estimate and scheduling of all work completed over nearly 4 full days (during some challenging inclement weather!). The Homestead crew (headed by Juan) was extremely hard working and very professional. We also had Homestead replace cedar shingles in many areas that had been rotting and damaged over ~27 years and they did a great job on the house siding too! As an engineer, the quality of their work was impressive. Bottom line … I would highly recommend Homestead Roofing Company if you are looking for top notch local roofers.

Courteous, professional, fast, and fair. We replaced a 20+ yr old roof that started to leak. William provided a quick quote and sent a repair crew to stop additional leaking before the roof was replaced. Job was well organized with samples, materials, and dumpster drop-off and pick-up. Roof was finished ahead of time – in our case, in one (longish) day. Good job on clean up too.

I have been using Homestead Roofing since 2002. The first job was to put a replacement roof on my auto repair shop. Typical flat roof for a 3 bay shop built in the 1950's. They did an excellent job. Over the years they were consistent. Showed up for scheduled and non scheduled services/repairs as needed. Roof coatings and flashing, etc. They most recently help guide us towards a better roof coating product that has worked well and solved the leak problems it was supposed to. In life, you get what you pay for; some say Homestead is not cheap. I disagree. I think they are a top quality pro service and talent, care and concern all come at a cost. They have assembled a great team of people. Thank You Homestead. Here's to another 20 years .

I’ve used Homestead Roofing three different times. Each time, everyone from the Office Staff to the Supervisors to the Workers have been courteous and efficient. Each job has been well done. Highly recommend!!

William was great and very knowledgeable. Helped diagnose our problem quickly in person and scheduled his team to come in short order. Project was completed the day they came.

I live in hohokus NJ and have used homestead for roof, gutter and exterior trim repairs for 10yrs. They have been reliable and do good work, keeping my 90yr old slate roof in good condition.

Homestead is under new ownership so I got two additional quotes this year just to see how prices compare, but stuck with homestead as their prices, while higher than in the past, were competitive. They did a great job as always.

I feel fortunate to have a solid company around with good experienced guys who show up on time. I will continue to use them.

Honestly I would not recommend using them. Nick the salesman was nice but that was about it.
They did an ok job but the problem was they did not clean up the debris they were contractually obligated to. I had to spend 2 hours doing it myself. My dog got into it also and got covered in sap and tree moss.
I also had to hire a gutter cleaner because they caused a blockage in my drain and with the rains, I didn’t want flooding.
Lastly, they also showed up unannounced and wife almost called the police on them seeing their workers on our property at 7:30 in the morning.
They refused to give me any break on the price which was well over $1000 for 3 hours of work.

The crew that worked on our roof was very friendly and professional. They started securing the property, putting tarps up and plywood to protect my shrubs, my outdoor lighting and the air conditioner, condensers outside. They started the rip off. As they were working on a roof, they had someone cleaning up the property as the shingles came off the roof. We had them replaced the roof and three skylights when they were done with the job everyone cleaned up. I couldn’t have been happier with Homestead Roofing. I would definitely recommend them.
