Frank Reale 3rd came out to go over the details of my job. I explained that I have a handicap grandson and we need to have the shower enlarged. This walk-in shower has 2 benches built in. We need to use a shower chair to wheel him in. I wanted the shower moved on the back wall with showerhead centered. We needed it deeper as my daughter needs to bathe him. When he came out to write up the estimate all of the key points i needed and wanted done was left off estimate. I got you, we’re going to take care of you!! He promised this will be done right. He put the shower right where it was. Promises of completion took many weeks. I was so disgusted we couldn’t bathe my grandson for over a month. We got so tired of hearing.. i can be your friend or i can be your enemy. I’ve had plumbers look at it… they shook their heads. Water runs out onto the floor. He reimbursed me some but, not all of it! He also when he was out here working on the shower cut the wires in the wall to my thermostat. I had to have an hvac guy come out on the weekend replace the thermostat and repair the wiring. He wanted pictures how do i get pictures inside the wall?

We were going to have them redo our bathroom. Then they would not return any of our calls. CRICKETS!

The remodeling job for a small bathroom 15x15 was horrible. I had to pay someone else to finish the bathroom floor, and it cost me double the money. I don’t know why they said he can do the job. He had his 2 teenagers sons working for him. It was the worst experience I had. If I were you, I would not hire these people to work for you. He talks a good game but its all lies.
