I called these plumbers for a sink clog and they gave me an estimate. I have had other plumbers in the past for the same problem and gave me an outrageous price. Rapid Rooter was way low than the others and they even gave me advice because the same problem keeps occurring. No other plumber let me know what I was doing wrong with my sink but this company did and I am grateful to them and that made me comfortable using them. Now I will only use them and no one else. Thank you Rapid Rooter.

I have water and sewer line insurance through American Water Resources. This is my first claim I filed as my drain in the backyard was backing up during heavy rains. Danny was the assigned technician who diagonosed and resolved my problem. The whole process of starting a claim to completion went well.
