I called these plumbers for a sink clog and they gave me an estimate. I have had other plumbers in the past for the same problem and gave me an outrageous price. Rapid Rooter was way low than the others and they even gave me advice because the same problem keeps occurring. No other plumber let me know what I was doing wrong with my sink but this company did and I am grateful to them and that made me comfortable using them. Now I will only use them and no one else. I have water and sewer line insurance through American Water Resources. This is my first claim I filed as my drain in the backyard was backing up during heavy rains. Danny was the assigned technician who diagonosed and resolved my problem. The whole process of starting a claim to completion went well.

Jake from Rapid Rooter came out to my home and was one of the nastiest and rudest individuals you could meet. I filed a claim through American water resources and they came out as I had a clog in my drain at the rear of my home. Jake walked around back of my home and stated that he would only snake through the front. Next when I requested he out a camera down the pipe he said WHY and i stated to ensure there was no collapsed pipe and he stormed off. Next i asked for the rear drain to unclog the blockage and he refused as he said he didn’t feel like it and he knew it wouldn’t work and said he would be me $1000. Mins you i have had roto rooter and a private plumber come out and they cleared in through that exact drain: not to mention cursing and not calling prior to arrival and trying to walk in my home when my tenant answered the door without their permission or mine. This guy is terrible and shame on anyone who hires him.

Dave and the rapid rooter team were amazing! They were the second contractor assigned to me through the water resource program, after the first one was very rude and unprofessional. They were pleasant and informative. The pwd left us with no water and no notice with sick elderly people in our home. The team came out immediately to provide us with water for the 3 days we were without. Also always answered the phone and responded. Thanks Rapid Rooter❤️❤️

Rapid Rooter came to fix blower motor of my HVAC through AWR. took 4 weeks still did not resolve and their office wanted me replace and pay for condenser without their technician looking at the system. I ended up calling another company and took him 30 minutes to fix issue. Rapid Rooter installed new motor with incorrect connection so motor was running anti clock wise. They did not bring Freon even I told their office to send technician with Freon. Technician came with empty cylinder of Freon which could not boost Freon and system was cutting off due to low pressure. Totally waste of time and money with Rapid Rooter and American Water Resources since they have no one else other than Rapid Rooter.

I've been meaning to get on here & leave my review, but I was ill in February & had to recuperate. I was very pleased with the services of Rapid Rooter. I have insurance via American Water Services & I must say I haven't always got the best response with them. But they got it right this time with sending out Rapid Rooter. They arrived & tried tirelessly to unclog my drain in the front. When the gentleman couldn't get it unclogged, he informed me that they would return with their larger equipment because my clog was more than what his equipment could handle at that time. It took a couple couple days, but they did return & they did bring a much bigger truck with bigger equipment & they were able to unclog my drain. The previous plumber that AWR sent out didn't even give it a try. They said they didn't see a active clog & wouldn't even hear me out or even look at the video I took showing when it rained, water would just gush out of my front drain on the porch. So kudos to Rapid Rooter. I recommend them highly. AWR please know who you're contracting with because some of these companies you deal with just don't care!!!
