I would avoid this company at all costs. I contacted him that we are getting seeding done in our backyard and that we would need to halt 1 service. When the team arrived, he said he would be charging an additional fee that was even HIGHER than the service charge + regular service charge. I understand paying a fee for extra maintenance but higher than the actual service charge? How is that reasonable? Also he never mentioned this made up fee when I originally told him about my grass seeding.

The owner has an attitude on multiple occasions and acts like you are inconveniencing him. There are other local companies that are more personable. Recommend finding someone else if you want to avoid an unnecessary headache.

These people continue to do a great job. Reliable, efficient and responsive. If the weather is bad, they arrange to come back the next day to keep our lawn trim and clean. I have recommended them to. neighbors who are also pleased with their work. Their prices are excellent. I have also used them for snow removal, again they do a great job. I highly recommend them for your property needs.

Thiago is extremely professional and easy to work with. He offered great suggestions on landscape design and was very accommodating when I asked for different pricing based on a couple of different design scenarios.
His guys were the absolute best! Not even rain stopped them from showing up and working on my yard! They left the job site clean at the end of each work day.

Lucky to have found them! Did a lovely job cleaning up our yard, weeding, trimming hedges and laying down mulch. Communication was great and will definitely have them back for further maintenance during the summer. (Written mid summer)

Unfortunately after two good services by them, I have to change my review. I had them come to draw up an estimate for additional work and after the appointment I never heard back. I emailed and texted but no response.

Disappointed because I was planning on continuing to engage them through the fall and next year.

Highly recommend Santiago and PC Santiago Construction. Seriously can’t say enough good things. They recently finished our front porch, and the whole experience was great from start to finish.

Definitely not who i thought they where..... I was looking for assistance/ help from a home town favorite after a terrible ordeal involving a house fire and a unscrupulous contractor and I received a big "nothing" from Joe Pecario General Contractors - Roselle

This is a very quality company that provided great service! My friend needed some kitchen work done, and it was completed quickly and professionally. They were very happy with the finished product and it looks great! I would certainly recommend this company.

So....it's been a month since I posted my original review, which was in no way complementary...I was asked by Percario to please remove the negative review and that they would work to fix the problems that were occuring and assured me that things would move along and get better. It's been a month....the kitchen is still not done....and the original problems of NON communication and no show for work IS still happening....Seriously, once again if I could give a negative 1000 stars I would. I, again caution anyone wanting to use Percario, if you have all the time in the world....literally....go ahead and use them...it's just getting it finished is the problem. from the beginning of July 2018 until......still not done. To the Percario social media team, I am not taking this one down...don't even call and ask.

I am giving this company a four rating due to the harassing phone calls I have been receiving since I gave them a one. I have received two to three phone calls daily asking me to remove the one rating, however I see other one ratings and I am wondering if those people are also receiving the same harassing phone calls. I was dissatisfied with the service and not receiving a call after an estimate. They did call me to clear up the situation however I don't feel like it warrants harassing phone calls to remove one rating when there are many other low ratings. Please stop calling my phone and harassing me, our business is DONE!

Helped repair some storm damage, tree came down on the corner of home and crushed roof/gutter etc. Came out and advised/handled the bulk of dealing with the insurance company and used some special software to submit their estimate to them, and got us enough money to cover it entirely from insurance. Positive experience, prompt responses, I would recommend them.

What a joke. I have been literally calling them 2 times a week for the past 3 months to get an estimate for an additional roof vent. I keep speaking to a woman who takes the message and obviously they either don't receive it or they just don't care. How can anyone trust them if they can't be trusted to call you back. Time to find a reputable company.

Good luck getting them to respond when you have a problem after the work is done! We did a large project with them a while back (replacing siding, roof and windows) and they did a decent job. But when we had a couple small problems after a few years, it's impossible to reach them, they never call back. We had to fix everything ourselves.
