I've been looking for a plumbing supply for a long time and I found this plumbing supply which is great. People are really friendly A1 service. I would recommend anyone to go check this place out. Even if you're just fixing a sink. It's much better than home Depot. Trust me.

I went in for pricing on a Kohler toilet and they were cheaper than Home Depot! They also were able to deliver it the next day free of charge!! The manager John helped me with everything was very nice. He also gave me all the accessories my plumber needed for install! Couldn’t ask for a better one stop shop. Highly recommend 👌

This was the best customer experience I have had while updating my kitchen. We needed a new faucet to replace the “handyman special” the previous owner left us. John was super helpful and knowledgeable and took the time to walk us through different models and price point to get us the right fit. Location is convenient for us and would highly recommend!

We were quickly on the schedule. Our technician Gary was prompt, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. But most of all, he was kind and courteous.
The price seemed a little high but overall it was a good experience.

Called Roto Rooter at approximately 1pm, was told the tech would be out between 2-4pm on the same day. He arrived sometime after 2pm, diagnosed the problem and attempted to unclog the lines. At this point I was advised that there was something wedged in the toilet causing the clog, was given an estimate on the spot for the replacement. We are completely satisfied with not only the quick response, but also the repair work that was done. My tech Gary answered all my questions and was extremely helpful to my issues.

Paid a bit more than I was expecting, but can’t complain too much as the phone call, technician arriving, and the total replacement of my toilet, without cracking my ceramic tile floor all was completed within a 4 hour time period.

Where do I start?

TLDR; Broken water was replaced promptly, and bundled services were completed same day l for a very good price. They left the place cleaner than they arrived. These are the kind of guys you make into your regular plumber. Book Roto Rooter, request Rich, and hope Michael shows up with him. 6/5 stars.

Rich is a seasoned plumber, very knowledgeable, and very personable. His apprentice, Michael, was very polite and responsive to his mentor’s coaching. Watching the two work reminded me of an old school father son duo.

Inspection was thorough. Rich definitely knew what he was talking about, and pointed out everything that was out of code, and things that could use work.

Consultation: Rich recommended adding a water filter to extend the life of my new water heater. And I didn’t know this, but it made sense to add a filter when you put in a new water heater because then the water heater is supplied with only clean, filtered water. Not to mention now my whole house has amazing tap water, no smell, and very clean taste (I never drank the tap before) and my showers don’t leave my skin and scalp feeling dry.

Execution: I watched as they cut and fitted pipes as well as securing all my other pipes for free, without even asking! I also requested they fix my slow draining tub sink. I had my washing machine drain into my tub sink and it always flooded whenever I did large loads. Rich replaced the ENTIRE 6+ section of pipe and upgrade the tub plumbing to PVC.
NOT ONLY THAT he added a vent to the system, andded a dedicated drain for my washing machine to drain into, and added a clean out opening (my house is over 100 years old, it was bad. Unfortunately for them, they discovered my drain has never been snaked, 4in pipe reduced to less than 1 inch. Him and Michael snaked it 100 times with a jaded giant auger (poor guys). But they made it work. They basically added a snake service for free (635$ value, but we discovered this after we agreed on a price and Rich bit the bullet)
A water heater change starting at 8:30am turned into a whole day ordeal, they didn’t finish cleaning up WELL after 5PM.

ALSO, they made sure the faucets in my house were all working, thankfully they did, because when you change out a water heater, some sediment escaped into your faucets, which is what happened to my kitchen sink (imagine calling a plumber again after the fact)

The guys were so professional they really came through did a great job were super thorough. I would definitely call on this company to come back every time. I even downloaded the mobile app so I can stay connected.

Had a plumbing emergency at 8pm at night and they were able to have someone out with in 2 hours. Trent was very nice, knowledgeable, and fun to talk with. The problem was fixed in a short amount of time and pricing was reasonable for such a quick response. Highly recommend!

First and foremost, I would like to thank Derrick for all the time and dedication he put into helping fix our situation. Long story short, I had a clog in the toilet in my basement and water was backing up into my bath tub in the basement. If Derrick hadn’t shown up at the time he did my house’s basement would have flooded. Derrick was very respectful and professional and I would highly recommend the services of Roto-Rooter in the future.

Gary from Roto-Rooter was phenomenal. We had a bathroom sink with a severe clog and he came in and had the sink draining water perfectly within 30 minutes. He also offered some great advice to help us avoid any future clogs with the bathroom sink. Thanks, Roto-Rooter!

As a new homeowner I didn’t know who to call for a plumbing issue, so went online and scheduled an appointment with roto rooter. Little did I know this would be the worst experience ever, from the time they arrived they saw a young couple that they could take advantage of. The technician “worked” for 15 minutes putting a scope in the drain and charged $1500 to then turn around and say there’s nothing he could do to help….. his only suggestion was $17k fix to the problem. They then sent out a sleezy water restoration guy to try and use scare tactics to have us cut a check for our home owners insurance deductible to begin ripping apart our bathroom because there was “water damage”, which was a lie. Please do not use Roto Rooter and trust another reputable plumbing service. They are scammers.

I had the pleasure of meeting Bob who serviced my house in Pennsauken on 12/26/24. Hé was very professional, cordial, and very thorough with explaining what needed to be repaired with the pipes. Hé finished the job quickly and I would highly recommend him to do service with neighbors’ homes.

Bobby was amazing, he explained everything, was very kind & knowledgeable, explained all of our options clearly, cleaned up after himself and put me at ease in a very stressful time. I cannot recommend him enough!

If you need any service from them please go somewhere else I got charged almost 20k to connect to the sewer line and they took forever, just to leave me w a broken concrete (that they don’t fix )and a hole in the backyard they were not clear about the fact they don’t fix they do a shitty job and then you gotta spend more money so someone can come and fix the mess they left. They also destroyed my internet line that they don’t fix either. They basically can destroyed anything and they don’t have to fix it. Ur on ur own . They were so fast to charge my credit card but it took them months to finish the work . The technician when he comes to your house he’s your best friend promises you the best service In two days and pressures you that you gotta decide fast because of permits and staff . Then when you ask him questions after they got paid , he’s not the one to ask. He sends you to call the office. The worst company !! I will never call them again I don’t recommend.
