This place just charged my small business $2400 to fix an ice machine without any type of warning or conversation. They sent a guy in. He worked all day. He came back and worked a 2nd day. He worked at quite literally a snail's pace and stacked up hours upon hours of billable time. Money was never discussed. The ice machine was eventually fixed, and magically we owe them $2400. Then after a 3 minute phone convo, my card was charged. They showed no remorse and could care less how crippling that charge is to us. This was an 18 year old ice machine that cost $3000 brand new. We would have never agreed to this service if we would have known it was going to cost that much money. This is an evil tactic and horrible practice. Now they're not answering any of my calls or messages. Do business with them if you want but I'm writing this to warn anyone thinking about it, that they will not be honest or accountable.
