First and foremost, I would like to thank Derrick for all the time and dedication he put into helping fix our situation. Long story short, I had a clog in the toilet in my basement and water was backing up into my bath tub in the basement. If Derrick hadn’t shown up at the time he did my house’s basement would have flooded. Derrick was very respectful and professional and I would highly recommend the services of Roto-Rooter in the future.

Gary from Roto-Rooter was phenomenal. We had a bathroom sink with a severe clog and he came in and had the sink draining water perfectly within 30 minutes. He also offered some great advice to help us avoid any future clogs with the bathroom sink. Thanks, Roto-Rooter!

As a new homeowner I didn’t know who to call for a plumbing issue, so went online and scheduled an appointment with roto rooter. Little did I know this would be the worst experience ever, from the time they arrived they saw a young couple that they could take advantage of. The technician “worked” for 15 minutes putting a scope in the drain and charged $1500 to then turn around and say there’s nothing he could do to help….. his only suggestion was $17k fix to the problem. They then sent out a sleezy water restoration guy to try and use scare tactics to have us cut a check for our home owners insurance deductible to begin ripping apart our bathroom because there was “water damage”, which was a lie. Please do not use Roto Rooter and trust another reputable plumbing service. They are scammers.

I had the pleasure of meeting Bob who serviced my house in Pennsauken on 12/26/24. Hé was very professional, cordial, and very thorough with explaining what needed to be repaired with the pipes. Hé finished the job quickly and I would highly recommend him to do service with neighbors’ homes.

Bobby was amazing, he explained everything, was very kind & knowledgeable, explained all of our options clearly, cleaned up after himself and put me at ease in a very stressful time. I cannot recommend him enough!

If you need any service from them please go somewhere else I got charged almost 20k to connect to the sewer line and they took forever, just to leave me w a broken concrete (that they don’t fix )and a hole in the backyard they were not clear about the fact they don’t fix they do a shitty job and then you gotta spend more money so someone can come and fix the mess they left. They also destroyed my internet line that they don’t fix either. They basically can destroyed anything and they don’t have to fix it. Ur on ur own . They were so fast to charge my credit card but it took them months to finish the work . The technician when he comes to your house he’s your best friend promises you the best service In two days and pressures you that you gotta decide fast because of permits and staff . Then when you ask him questions after they got paid , he’s not the one to ask. He sends you to call the office. The worst company !! I will never call them again I don’t recommend.

Gary F. Was really, really good. He did an amazing job, repairing the drain and he was very professional explaining things to me ad he went along. I appreciated that. He showed me what he was doing and why he was doing it. I will definitely use them again and I will ask for Gary as he's good and knowledgeable in his trade. I would have given him more than a 5 star ratings if one was available. My drain was done the right way and I am happy about it.

Derrick was the technician who worked on my kitchen clogged sink. He went “the extra mile” checking an obscure leak that I was unaware of and tightened the connection; was thorough in the inspection of the clog and was patient as he was able to resolve the clog and made sure the water was running smoothly and efficiently. Roto-Rooter came out promptly to address a major emergency with our sewer lines. Our technician, Ted Bullock, was efficient and thoughtful in how he addressed the situation. He was also very calming at a tense time (after hours 2 nights before Christmas). The company is fine by us and can’t thank Ted enough.

We were very happy with the service that we received from Lenny Who came over to fix our kitchen sink Pipes, He really took The time explaining what was going to do what was involved with the pipework. We were so very pleased that if we ever have an issue we definitely build use roto r ooter and request Lenny to come over

We called Roto Rooter because our pipes were backing up into the house, it was a light night call and and we were told that someone would be out in 4 hours, we'll no one called or showed up. We call about 4 am and the person on the phone said we didn't have a work order and we were told again it would be 4 hours 8 am someone finally comes to our house and they tell my husband the the over night person called out, which is fine but they should have called us so we could have called someone else, the guy first charges my husband $900 to snake our line and run a camera. Then proceed to tell us our pipes out side are collapsed and we need to replace the the which will cost 10000. We decided to get a second opinion and another company came out and it turns out the guy from rotor rooter never snaked our line. The other company did and we are up and running just fine. I want to know what the $900 was for since they never snaked it in the first place

I had a pleasure meeting Derrick and he explained everything that he was doing to my drains. I have no knowledge about handy work and Derrick was very nice and told me what the issues were.
