Seehaus and Walker did an awesome job on an addition for our home. Todd and his team are organized, professional, polite and masters of their craft. They kept to their timeline and were very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them for your construction projects.

All I'm going to do here is list the things that have been identified as problems after my home was renovated after a fire by Seehaus and Walker 5 years ago.
1. Improper roofing install. Broken plywood was used during roof construction that caused a void in the roof and subsequent leak that impacted multiple floors of the home within 5 years of construction.
2. Installing an interior door where there was an exterior door called for on the architectural plans. The door was warped and had to be replaced within two years of renovation. I didn't realize the discrepancy in the spec sheets until it was too late.
3. Creating an improperly supported knee wall that leaned and was never repaired when brought to attention of Seehaus and Walker within 9 months of moving in.
4. Improperly installed flashing on the trim of the exterior of the home that failed within two years of install and had to be fully replaced along with paneling.
5. Improper placement of gutters compared to architectural plans that impacted water management around the home.

This is what I've had to pay out of pocket for other contractors to fix and we're getting into +$10K zone now. There are other things I've had to repair myself that pop every few months like stair trim, door knobs, unsupported shelving, and bathroom fixtures.

Thank you to Seehaus & Walker for the beautiful new deck! They were so quick to respond & did an amazing job! Highly recommend them for any construction needs.

Very good experience with this company. Very different from the completely negative one with my first contractor,

Awful overall experience at the time but even worse 8 years later my Boiler that he put in from his plumber has cracks and wholes in it. I plan on taking him to small claims court. A bad Boiler cheapest one possible is not how you treat your town people who are trying to support your business.
Joe Is not reliable hires illegal worker's who don't care and do very sloppy work. Shame on This Business owner.
Even my neighbors had problems with him n many others in town from Rutherford!
This booker should not have needed to be replaced in 8 years. Karma is a Thing!

Just had my bathroom renovated in Lyndhurst and we cannot believe the results. Joe was incredibly helpful from the start especially during the estimate and workload breakdown. We were able to pick out the fixtures and details that we wanted. All of the workers were very nice and did an amazing job. All were very professional and efficient, yet showed great attention to detail. We can't recommend them enough.

We recently renovated our bathroom, and we could not be happier. Joe kept our project within our original quote and completed the project extremely fast. His entire team is very professional, and communication was great with everyone. The team made suggestions to help us with maximizing our area since it was for someone with a wheelchair and walker, and we still cannot believe how much floor space was gained by their suggestions. Each day everyone arrived on time and before leaving, the workspace was cleaned thoroughly. Things went so smoothly that we asked them to do some masonry work around our foundation and that came out beautiful as well. Before finding Sedco we used other contractors, and it was always a disaster. We would highly recommend Sedco for any project that you need, you will not be disappointed!

SedCo did a masterful job with our home repair and construction following a bad water leak we had. They built a new kitchen for us, essentially, a complete renovation, and reconstructed half of our living room. They also repaired and upgraded both of our bathrooms, our staircase and our foyer. They were professional and polite throughout. Mr. Sedlak has assembled an outstanding group of construction professionals into a solid team. Severino Construction did an absolute beautiful job on my mother in laws house and in a timely fashion!

I couldn't get anyone to replace my custom Bilco doors when I was getting water leaking in when it rained. Jim took the job, did some custom work, replaced the Bilco doors, framed & replaced the basement door and repaired the cement around the frame. Haven't had any water leaking into the basement.

The first time I used the Severino's was after a bidding process. After that job, I never put anything out for quotes again, I just called them. They deliver on time, on budget, with high quality and there were always touches that supised you. Little things that made simple things look better. Every day they clean up and keep the rest of your house clean. I can't recommend them more highly.
