Blue Diamond is the best cleaning service I’ve ever had and I’ve had many over the years. My house is not only spotless, but they also leave finishing touches that make me feel like I’m living in a luxury hotel. They are ultra professional and I always feel like a valued customer. Top notch!

The owner, Jane, is super professional, organized, responsible, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with! Her team is also very professional and does an excellent job! Very unprofessional and disappointing experience.
We hired this company for a deep cleaning service, and it was anything but that. The cleaners were rude and dismissive — when I pointed out areas that were still dirty, they made faces instead of addressing the issue. They caused significant damage to our wood flooring, scratching and ruining nearly five tiles. The chimney hood was left greasy with visible oil stains, the toilets still had stains, and the floors were not even mopped properly. To make it worse, they left without informing us. I reported everything to Jane, but nothing improved. They did the bare minimum and left our home far from clean. Extremely unprofessional — would not recommend.

Blue Diamond doesn't deserve 1 star. I schedule a deep move in cleaning. When they arrived I walked through my 3 floor Townhouse to reiterate my expectations. Then they request I leave and this was a empty home. I returned 3 hours later and was informed not finish to comeback in 1 1/2. I drove back to my house less than 10 minutes away. When I arrived back home least than 8 minutes away received text they were done I drove back 8 minutes later they were in the car. They put the car window down and said goodbye the drove off. They cleaning women told Janecleia De Sousa that they waiting for me 30 minutes. No one from Blue Diamond Cleaning did a walk through with me. I entered my new home and it had the same smell of the previous owner. The wood floors ( previous owner left beads on several floors throughout) the same dirt, cobwebs in corners. the blinds had a layer of dust or dirt after I ran my finger, walls in laundry room were black stains or marks from previous owner that wasn't addressed. They're a multitude of areas not cleaned or addressed. Spoke with Janecleia De Sousa whom I assume is the owner. Request I take pictures which I provided but had an excuse for every picture and believe the inaccurate feedback from the not trained cleaners. I paid Blue Diamond Cleaning for a deep cleaning that I must do myself now. But the owner Janecleia De Sousa did discount $50 from a $500 fee. I would have preferred the deep cleaning other than $50 discount
Since I've moved into my new home I don't see what they cleaned. The kitchen cabinet doors are dirty, the shower tile is dirty, the microwave door and control panel had dried food substance. Around the 3 bathroom toilets have dirt and grime. NEVER USE THIS CLEANING SERVICE. I'm going to see if I can take Janecleia De Sousa and the 2 women to small claims court.

I was very skeptical about hiring a cleaning service for my apartment. I am very particular about allowing strangers into my personal space. However, with a rampant busy work schedule and traveling, I needed help. I researched top cleaning services in my area and Blue Diamond Cleaning Soultions were the most top rated!

After throuogh reading of the Google reviews, I decided to take a chance. I had the pleasure of meeting with Jane. First impressions are lasting. She was so welcoming, understanding, accommodating and a down right friendly, professional! She was able to accommodate my needs and my schedule.

We scheduled my first cleaning for a deep cleaning the very next day. After coming home from a long day in city, I walked into my apartment and immediately had to walk right back out because it was absolutely night and day from when I left it!

Jane, thank you so much to you and your team! You did an absolute amazing job and I literally teared because of how happy and stress free I imediately felt! So happy and very impressed with the quality of service! You have turned me around and now I am looking forward to future business with you!!

Yesterday was our first experience with Blue Diamond and we were soooo impressed! They did a deep clean of my mom’s home and it looks AMAZING! They even removed window screens and did the inside of the bedroom windows! The house has not been this clean in the past 10 years—maybe ever! I have to say Jane and her team from Blue Diamond cleaning company was first rate my house never looked so clean and all the little touches they did throughout the house made it even that much better from folding blankets a certain way to putting little stickers on paper towels and decorating tissue boxes with the tissues they cleaned everything from top to bottom I highly highly recommend this service.
The bathrooms and kitchen was sparkling. If you’re thinking about hiring a service this is the service you need to call and I’m not even exaggerating. Thank you, jane for an outstanding job. We will be calling you again.
