    Description Of Work: 1. Paint entire interior of house, including trim/woodwork 2. Replace carpet with porcelain tile on entire first floor of house 3. Replace carpet with wood floors on entire second floor of house 4. Complete remodel of master bathroom (gutted entire bathroom) 5. Converted bathtub to shower (tiled, etc.) 6. Added shower to a half bathroom 7. Replaced various interior light fixtures (chandeliers, ceiling fan, etc.) 8. Replaced basement carpet with porcelain tile Member Comments: We started off looking for a contractor, just someone to come an do the work we wanted. Pay them, and go our separate ways. However, we walked out of this experience with Ribo, having made a trusted and respected family friend. We would recommend Ribo and Franco (the owner) to everyone we know. The experience was outstanding for the following reasons: 1) Franco/Ribo Construction's workmanship is excellent. - The team pays great attention to detail in all aspects. All the paint lines where the ceiling meets the wall were professionally done, and the lines were perfectly crisp. - The tile work and wood floor installation was also done very well. Absolutely no squeaking on any of the floors where Ribo re-tiled. - The bathroom tiles were also done perfectly, with all the tiles lining up, and well cut edges. 2) They go above and beyond to satisfy their customers: - We bought a frameless shower door from Lowe's, but made an error in our measurements, so the door did not fit. I tried to return the door myself, but it wouldn't fit in my SUV. Franco volunteered to help us return the door at Lowe's!!! He had no obligation to do it, and he invested significant time and effort just to help us out. - Additionally, his responsiveness is amazing. He returns your calls promptly (within a few hours), and returns your emails within 24 hours. It's also very simple to set up an in-person meeting with him. 3) Prices are fair

    After reading of the reviews from here and Angie’s list, I have to echo all those good words and feedback people gave to Ribo. They are the best I have ever experienced. Top quality, top customer service, top crew! Franko is so pleasant to work with. He always wants to make sure you are happy with the work and provides his professional opinion. Our previous contractor completely ruined our kitchen and Ribo came in and saved the day. They fixed all the issues and worked with us patiently until we feel satisfied. I asked them to do the renovation work for the rest of the house. I won’t go to anybody else for my future renovation work. They genuinely try to help you to have a nice home. A lot of other contractors we contacted before stopped responding to us once they felt the project is not big enough and there is not enough profit. However, Ribo gives small project and large project with same amount attention and provides same quality work. I will strongly recommend them to anybody who need to do renovation work in Bergen county.

    Really no surprise Franco has 5 star rating. This is the best contractor I’ve worked with for home renovations. We all have horror stories working with contractors, whether they never get back to, or never send you a proposal, or even worse never get the work done. Only great stories working with Franco. He calls you back, comes to look at the work. If he says you’ll have a proposal in a week, you get it. If he says he’ll start in a month, he starts. If he says they’ll be done in 2 months, they’re done. He supervises his guys and subs, he communicates with you so you know what’s going on. And, he does amazing work. I won’t even let another contractor near my house.
