Reviews of local pros in Saddle Brook, New Jersey

We just had our first time cleaning with them and we couldn’t be happier! I have already recommended them to all my friends and family. They were very responsive and all the details were very clear. The cleaning professorial was on time, nice and did an excellent job. I recommend them highly.

Best cleaning service in the area!
I recently used their service and I must say I am beyond impressed with outstanding service provided by Samuel, Alex and Sandra. From scheduling the initial appointment to completion of the cleaning, every step of the process exceeded my expectations.
Samuel, the scheduling manager, demonstrated a high level of professionalism, which is commendable. He not only provided all the necessary information, but also took the time to thoroughly explain the cleaning process and set expectations.
Alex and Sandra are absolute cleaning wizards. I’ve had the pleasure of their services for the past two months, and each time my place has been left spotless. Their attention to detail is unmatched, and it’s evident that they take immense pride in their work. Not only did Alex and Sandra meet my expectations, but they consistently went above and beyond. They’ve earned my trust with the reliability, efficiency, and dedication.

Gratis servicio, the team was puntual, detailed, and very friendly.

They are amazing. Not to mention the price was fantastic, but the service was impeccable, and we called them yesterday and they were here today. Fantastic fantastic fantastic

They are amazing. Timely, professional, thorough. I cannot speak highly enough. You'll regret booking with someone else. They really went above and beyond. Second time booking with them, and will now make it more of a habit.

This team always does a quality job, I am always really pleased with their work!

Had a great first experience! My team was really nice and accommodating. The owner is super helpful and responsive. I will be booking again!

Fresh clean did an amazing job. My house has never looked better. I will be booking them for regular cleanings in the future. This time I booked a deep cleaning they made my entire house. Look brand new highly recommend this company.

worst worst cleaning agency. they sent two cleaners who didn't have appropriate cleaning supplies, they had a small vacuum and used windex everywhere. They did not clean the closets properly when I guided them to do proper cleaning. They started talking in spanish and using curse words not knowing that my husband understood spanish!!!! Highly unprofessional, Do not waste ur money. Samuel was nice he was able to get me services last minute but the cleaners were horrible.

The two team members sent were slow and spent a significant amount of time on their phones (which would be fine if I wasn’t billed by the hour). They arrived late and without adequate equipment. At one point, one of them was scrubbing the floor with bare hands instead of using a proper brush. As a result, the cleaning was not thorough.

They neither brought nor requested a stool, which meant that nothing above shoulder level was cleaned. The kitchen cabinets were left untouched, and the oven—which had been specifically requested to be cleaned—was ignored. This might have been a communication issue because the crew doesn’t speak English (which is okay).

They just left and there are visible dust spots throughout the apartment (1k sqft), and the team failed to move the couch to clean underneath or even move/fluff the sofa pillows.

The bed was not made correctly; the duvet was not tucked and not properly fitted.

For five hours of labor, the results amounted to nothing more than a very light, surface-level cleaning. I was ready to keep them longer to get them to do the job but they showed up at 4pm (the cleaning was scheduled at 2pm) so there was no time left.

Avoid.

Excellent clean out for our 2BR townhouse. The team was professional and worked so hard. Great job, thank you Samuel and Victor

The crew did a great job! My grandfathers house was very dusty and hadn’t been kept up in a long time and fresh clean came and dusted everything! They did a great job. They cleaned the bathrooms and kitchen, they even got some grease off the kitchen cabinets. They were on time and very polite! I will definitely be using fresh clean again!

I had a great experience with this cleaning company. They were professional, thorough, and easy to work with. What really stood out was Samuel’s outstanding customer service — he went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of, even following up personally. It’s rare to find a company that values integrity and customer satisfaction this much. I truly appreciate their honesty and commitment. Highly recommend!

One of the best cleaning services I’ve ever received. Professional, reliable.

It’s very easy to work with Samuel’s team, he’s accommodating and flexible with the schedule and the price is highly competitive. The cleaning crew is hardworking and professional, efficient and leaves the place in a much better status. Kudos to the team and would recommend them to whoever is looking for an affordable and quality cleaning service. I will also reach out in the future for my own cleaning needs. Thank you Samuel and the cleaning crew.

Team is great, quick and well organized. Cleaning crew is professional and hardworking. They follow all instructions and cleaning standards are very high. Price is reasonable and have flexible hours. I take service from them on monthly basis.
