As I was walking around my block I noticed these guys from Kingdom Lawn service working on a neighbor’s lawn. I approached them and asked for their business card. They were the nicest guys from the get go. Very courteous and do a great job. Everything is explained and sent in a email for ease of understanding what services they do. Definitely happy with their service

After an extensive search I settled on Kingdom Lawn Service and I'm glad I did. Marco was very thorough in explaining his fall cleanup service and I was pleased with his comments and services to be rendered. Once all the leaves were down his crew arrived promptly and did a great job on my property my wife was very pleased as well. Background info: My mom was set up to receive biweekly lawn mowing services which she typically receives a credit card invoice for. One day while they were doing the routine lawn mowing, she asked the worker to trim bushes in the front yard and she was quoted $250.

I was with my mom a few days later (on a Sunday) and we went to run errands. When we got back to her house, we were in shock when we saw the bushes. The bushes were completely ruined (as seen in the picture). The same worker was there unannounced waiting for us to return to the house, and he asked us to pay $250 in cash. Communication with him was limited because he only spoke Spanish. They wouldn’t leave until they received the $250 in cash so my mom didn’t know any better than to just pay him so he would leave. There was no invoice completed by this landscaper and this service was performed on a Sunday (which the owner later confirmed over the phone that they do not do work on Sundays).

My sister and I left multiple voicemails and emails regarding our requests to immediately cancel services. This company then arrived on 6/30/25 to perform lawn mowing. Again, they arrived after we were very clear about no longer wanting to receive services from this company. Additionally, the owner claimed this lawn mowing would not be charged as he was aware of the situation yet we STILL received an invoice for this service (which was then refunded only after explaining the situation in detail AGAIN over the phone in July).

We were then in communication with the owner regarding our requests for cancellation and dissatisfaction with services. We were told that we would be receiving the refund for $250.

It has been over a MONTH and NO refund. My sister has texted/called almost daily and the boss has continuously claimed the refund has been “processed” and that he has to call the bank to confirm the transaction. When I spoke with him over the phone, he then claimed he would drop off the $250 in person and NEVER showed up. Ultimately, we have not received compensation for his employee’s decision to try and make side gig.

Overall, this experience has highlighted that some employees who work for this company are willing to take advantage of their customers and the owner has made false claims regarding providing financial compensation.

ABSOLUTELY AVOID.
