Santiago showed up right on time and started by inspecting the outside of our chimney. He took some photos to show us what he found, then did a thorough cleaning of both the fireplace and the chimney flue. Since our fireplace insert was new to us, he took the time to explain how it works and pointed out all the useful features. Santiago patiently answered all our questions and made sure our living room was just as clean as before he started. He also gave us a detailed inspection report for our records. Blake and the team did an excellent job repairing a hole on the outside of my chimney and installing a custom chimney cap. Now the chimney looks fantastic and there are no more leaks coming into the house. What really impressed me was how easy the process was—they came out, checked the chimney, explained what needed to be done, gave a clear quote, and finished the work, all without needing me to be there.
