I called Right Choice Chimney Cleaning after my brother recommended them. Their whole team was excellent. Walter came by first to inspect our chimney and pointed out a couple of important things that needed fixing before we could safely use our fireplace. We already knew exactly what chimney work we needed, so an inspection wasn’t necessary. all we wanted was an estimate and to set up a time for two chimney repairs. Santiago came to our condo in Saddle River and gave us a very fair quote for both jobs. after we agreed, Santiago got started right away and fixed our chimney cap first. we had to set up another visit for the second repair, and since i missed that appointment, Santiago actually came out a third time—he even showed up early on a Saturday! he did a great job chipping out some mortar joints inside our firebox and managed to keep everything neat without making a mess in the living room. then he patched the mortar joints, and even used some leftover mortar to fix a hole in one of our brick pillars, which was a nice extra touch. overall, right choice chimney cleaning really impressed us, and we won’t call anyone else for chimney work. we’re sure you’ll be just as happy when you let them take care of your chimney.

curtis, the technician who cleaned our chimney and serviced the fireplace, arrived right on time and was very polite. he made sure to protect our home by laying a cover in front of the fireplace, which kept any soot or dust off the tile and wood floor. he worked efficiently and left everything neat when he was done. right choice chimney cleaning gave us the best quote for our chimney sweep and repairs to the heatilator wall. really happy with how everything turned out.

About a year ago, i had my chimney inspected in saddle river and had some repairs done to the mortar, plus a custom chimney cap put in. curtis provided really great service and gave me lots of options for repairs, explaining which ones were most important and which could wait. this helped me figure out what repairs to choose for my old fireplace. my fireplace is over 100 years old, so when i bought my house, i wanted to be sure it would work safely. curtis did a thorough inspection and told me my old fireplace was still in solid shape! i'm very thankful for the great help from this chimney sweep company. thanks to them, i was able to enjoy my fireplace all through the chilly winter in new jersey.

It’s refreshing to find a chimney sweep company in Saddle River that truly cares about their customers and takes pride in their work. During my routine chimney cleaning, there was a problem with the flue. Instead of pressuring me into an expensive repair like some other places might, the team listened carefully, checked out the issue, and took care of the repairs without making it a big deal or trying to upsell me. I was really impressed with their quick response, attention to detail, and the way Santiago and the rest of the crew handled everything so professionally.
