Rich has done multiple projects on my property from repairing outside of foundation, installing sump pump in bilco door area, extensive drainage replacement, redesigning and replacing landscaping. His crew is hard working doing a thorough job and Rich is always reachable.

Upon completion of the job I switched to RF Landscape Construction for all my landscape contracting needs. RF Landscape Construction is the BEST! RF Landscape Construction has been the best landscape contractor I have ever dealt with. Rich Fidlow, the owner, and his crew are friendly, knowledgeable, timely, very hard working, keep a very clean job site, and always do the job right. They found errors my old landscape contractor made and promptly fixed them. I can always trust RF Landscape Construction to do any job right the first time. RF Landscape Construction is the only landscape contractor I will allow on my property!!

My yard was in a very desperate need of a spring cleanup. After four quotes from different landscapers I decided to go with RF Landscape Construction, Cranford.
Rich and his employees are personable, respectful of property, and detail oriented.
They cleaned up all the debris from behind the shed, and behind trees and bushes. I had so many piles of leaves, itchy balls, pinecones and everything else from all my neighbors’ trees. They literally picked up every leaf, branch, and itchy ball from my neighbor’s sweet gum tree. They even mowed it twice to make it perfect.
My yard looks amazing!
I am so happy with their work and their prices I hired them year round.

Rich and his crew came out to my house for water in my basement. He showed up on time and gave me a written estimate of exactly what needed to be done. He gave me the best price out of four different contractors. I asked for a couple of extra things and he quickly made adjustment to satisfy my need. We set up a date for him to do the work and again showed up exactly on time. His men did a fantastic job getting the work done quickly and cleanly. They were in and out in no time and did a great job. I couldn't say enough good things about Rich and his men. I am very happy I chose him to do the job.

My wife and I were thinking about doing some landscape work on our property, as well as a paver patio in our yard. We were dragging our feet because finding a good landscaper is difficult. One day I had a postcard in my mailbox from RF. I called Rich and within a day or two he was at my house giving me pricing. He was very reasonable and less than a week later we hired him to reshape our front landscaped area. We were extremely happy with the quality of his work. A few months later we had him back to do the pavers which were done fast, with little mess, and we love the outcome. Recently, I decided I was too lazy to mow my lawn anymore so I texted Rich. Again his pricing was super reasonable (hard to find in this area). By that Friday he had my house added to his route and I had the convenience of a freshly mowed lawn.

I find that honest reviews from customers are the best way to know what to expect from any business. I can say with all honesty that the combination of quality of work, ease of communication, and range of services Rich offers is top notch for this area. We will ONLY be using his services from here on out!

Just got done using RF Landscaping for replacing an underground pipe from the leader on the corner of the front of my house. When I first called Rich he returned my call immediately. He showed up when he said he would and gave me a very fair estimate. He was very professional and friendly. He showed up with his crew today, went over the entire project and they went to work. I felt sorry for them in this heat but they just kept going to it was complete. They did exactly what was expected and left my property as if nothing ever happened. I highly recommend them.

Did some research on my project and came across R F Construction. Read some great reviews and reached out to Rich and his crew. Rich came over and provided an estimate on a Thursday. Tuesday, he was here and starting the work. A big job that Rich and his crew made look easy. I can’t recommend RF enough!

Not only did he provide the most attractive quote, but he also had a crew available to perform the work within a week, which then completed the work in only 2 days. Rich and the entire RF Landscaping team have been wonderful! We have been using them for the past 6 months. I never have to worry about anything with my yard. If I have questions or am looking for suggestions, Rich personally goes out of his way to text me/call me back quickly. He works around our busy schedule and has walked the property with us in the evening or on weekends to discuss landscape options. He even went to my house, called me while I was at work, and walked the property to answer some questions I had. I would recommend them to friends and family. We hired RF Landscaping for our font and backyard landscaping. Rich and his crew were not only easy to work with, but RF's pricing was competitive and the landscaping was completed on-time and budget. My front and back yards are beautiful. We highly recommend Rich and his team.

Working with Rich & RF construction was great. We passed his truck on our street one day and decided to give them a call to discuss drainage and reseeding our backyard. Rich was able to come right over the same day to discuss the different options. He gave us his honest opinions and didn't try to push us to spend more than what we really needed to do. Within a week of our first discussion, Rich and his team started the project and finished right on time. I had a few questions prior, during and after the project and Rich was always available to talk. I give it a 5 star rating and will definitely recommend working with him moving forward. Pictures show how my backyard would flood every time it rained. The 2nd picture shows the new drainage and this was after heavy rain. The grass grew in within 10 days and still no issues with flooding.

I received amazing service from evergreen , during a very stressful time with a tree causing roof damage. Justin went above and beyond. His team was quick and efficient . There was an opening the very next day for service and they finished earlier than predicted . Pricing was very fair. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again if I ever need these services .
