We had not been able to enjoy our backyard for at least the last 6 years fully due to when it rained, at least 1/3 of the backyard was standing water and mud which took days to dry out and become usable again. Then last year we got a puppy, and it became worse because he could not play in the backyard because he would get filthy and would bring the mud into the house. This past winter, starting in February 2024, I started researching local landscape companies who could fix our problem. Most of what I found were landscaping companies who did drainage work as an option and when they came onsite to have a walk-thru and provide proposals they were not concise and 100% sure what to do. One thing I knew is we never got water in our basement, and I did not want any landscape company to cause that to start to happen (if they did not route the downspouts or our French drain properly). I then found Ince Landscaping upon further researching local drainage companies. There are a few things I liked about them, they did landscape drainage work as one of their primary jobs, not a secondary job. Matt was very responsive to my initial inquiries and came onsite when he stated he would (professional and prompt). We then agreed to the project and signed the contract. As a bonus, a opening happened in their schedule and they started our job weeks early which meant the new grass had a better chance of taking root (since being done in very early Spring) and we (and our dog) would be able to enjoy the yard sooner this summer.

We finally pulled the trigger on a large re-sculpting of our backyard including retaining walls, steps, fencing, lighting and plants. It's always stressful working with contractors because you never know what to expect regardless of reputation but Matt and his entire team were beyond professional. We knew going in that our project was challenging and they worked hand-in-hand with us at every step. I simply could not be happier with the experience and the results are spectacular. I'm not sure if we'll ever have such a big project to do again, but if we do, Matt will be our first call.

Matt and his team were awesome to work with! They were responsive, friendly, and helpful with ideas. All the various teams that came were professional and neat. Our patio in our yard with a fire pit, brand new walkway in front, and new landscaping look amazing. Highly recommend!

I've used Matt Ince for several years and the reason is simple: he's reliable, responsive, reasonable, and professional. Traits mirrored by his employees. But get this. The winter snow brought down five or six huge branches from my pine tree. On Tuesday night I emailed Matt. Wednesday before noon the guys were there and in 15 minutes the mess was clean up. I don't know how service gets any better than that.

Matt and the entire Ince team are absolutely fantastic to work with. Their quality of work, consistency, and attention to detail are far superior to any of the companies I have ever used or seen in the past. Response time and turnaround are absolutely fantastic and I couldn't ask for a team of better professionals in all aspect of landscaping. Matt and team have not just tended to our yearly seasonal landscaping needs but also completed a number of back and front yard projects for us, all of which have been wonderfully done. Highly recommend Ince to anyone looking for a gold standard landscaping franchise.

JD Organic Landscape has replaced our back lawn as well as provided regular lawn and leaf management services in 2020. In addition to providing organic alternatives to conventional chemical fertilizers and herbicides, JD has demonstrated willingness and flexibility to explore tailored solutions to leaf collection, including moving leaves in the back yard to our planting beds for mulching as well as using the mower to mulch our leaves in place in the front yard.

Comes to neighborhood on holiday weekends when everyone wants to be grilling. Or today, Saturday afternoon ~ shows up to do a few houses at 5 pm ~ it’s dinner time ! Doesn’t care about the neighborhood ~. The noise level is crazy. I don’t use this place but it keeps us and many others from enjoying yard time on beautiful weekends. Wish they were more considerate

Used them for two years and service was mediocre at best. Cancelled with them in March 2023. After confirming cancellation they then sent a crew to our home for spring cleanup. A month later they sent us an invoice for the cleanup that we were neither contracted for nor had authorized.Either a scam at this point or so disorganized I'm amazed they are in business.

Great landscapers ! Great work! Local guys! They get the job done and wait for it .... communicate with you! I’ve struggled finding good landscaping and having consistency until switching to these guys! Give them a shot you won’t regret it!

John and his team did an amazing job transforming our property. He was super responsive to emails and came up with lots of different suggestions on what we could do with our landscaping.
